Joy
LeAnn Rimes Lyrics

God rest ye merry gentlemen

Let nothing you dismay

Remember, Christ, our Savior

Was born on Christmas day

To save us all from Satan's power

When we were gone astray

O tidings of comfort and joy

O tidings of comfort and joy

Angels we have heard on high
Sweetly singing o'er the plains
And the mountains in reply
Echoing their joyous strains

Singing Gloria, singing Gloria, singing Gloria
Singing Gloria, singing Gloria, singing Gloria
Gloria, in excelsis Deo Gloria, in excelsis Deo
Gloria in excelsis Deo

Hark the herald angels sing

Glory to the newborn King
Peace on earth and mercy mild

God and sinners reconciled

With the angelic host proclaim

Christ is born in Bethlehem
Hark the herald angels sing

Glory to the newborn King

Singing Gloria, singing Gloria, singing Gloria
Singing Gloria, singing Gloria, singing Gloria
Gloria, in excelsis Deo, Gloria in excelsis Deo
Gloria, gloria (joy, joy, joy, joy) singing Gloria

(Joy, joy, joy, joy) oh, Gloria
O tidings of comfort and joy

This song is fantastic!!! Leann continues to be under appreciated. She has an amazing voice and so many of her songs are truly inspiring. I hope she continues to make music for a long time. Her talent should be appreciated and not taken for granted. Many of the songs on the radio are by people who can't even sing. Leann needs more radio time.
