Lead into Gold is considered his 'solo' side-project after he joined Ministry. Under this name he put out 2 releases, a full length called: Age of Reason (featuring his brother Roland (from the Blackouts on one track and Ministry's Al Jourgensen on another) and a CD single/12" called: Chicks & Speed: Futurism. A video for the song "Faster Than Light" was created with Jourgenson & Trent Reznor (of Nine Inch Nails) both making an appearance, which was available on the Wax Trax! Black Box. A 12" EP titled "Low and Slow" was released roughly 25 years after recording in 2015 on Wax Trax! Records.
In 2018, "The Sun Behind The Sun" was released on the label "No, So Yes Recordings", featuring appearances by people such as Bill Rieflin (of groups Ministry, Revolting Cocks and others.) on tracks 1, 2, 6, and 8. In 2023, Paul Barker and Josh Holley (Who co-owns MALEKKO Heavy Industry with Paul) joined the Skinny Puppy final tour as an opening act on both legs of the tour.
Faster Than Light
Lead Into Gold Lyrics

Again we understand
Mauled by greasy hand
Worked to the bone, again
Feel it ready
Once more it's ready
Believe that speed will win
Again
Bleeds into overkill
Faster than light and harder
Never stop never ever
Truth lies at the core
It always worked before
Starve to the bone
Some more
Takes forever
Feels like it takes forever
Believe that speed will win
Some more
Again we prostitute
And hold a greasy hand
Cooked off the bone
Cooked to the end
Is it ready
Believe it ready
And know that speed will win
Again
The lyrics to Lead Into Gold's song "Faster Than Light" seem to be about the struggle and relentlessness of hard work. The singer implies that they have been overworked and "mauled by greasy hand" before, and yet they feel ready to do it all again. They believe that speed is the key to success, and that they must work harder and faster than ever before. The phrase "faster than light" is repeated throughout the song, as if to emphasize the idea that they must push themselves beyond their limits.
The lyrics also touch on the idea of sacrifice and suffering as a necessary part of achieving success. The singer talks about being "starved to the bone" and "cooked off the bone", suggesting that they have given everything they have to achieve their goals. The line "truth lies at the core" implies that the singer believes that their hard work and sacrifice will ultimately lead to some kind of truth or enlightenment.
Overall, the lyrics seem to be about the intense drive and determination required to achieve success, even in the face of exhaustion and hardship. The repeated phrase "faster than light" serves as a mantra, reinforcing the idea that the singer must keep pushing themselves beyond what seems possible in order to reach their goals.

It is amazing how many bands and different project industrial musicians managed to handle and how they all helped each other and created together.
