Starting out as a San Diego-based artist in the mid ‘90s, Lee opened for the likes of Missing Persons & Blink 182. Followed were live local TV appearances on The KUSI & KNSD Morning Shows. In 1999 Lee relocated to Nashville, TN where he honed his craft playing alongside such greats as, Grammy nominated writer Tony Lane, at the renouned "Broken Spoke Saloon."

Having been tagged "The Gypsy Troubadour", Post tours the US extensively, performing 150-200 shows a year, driving 25,000-40,000 miles annually. Along the way he has released 6 studio albums, lived and performed in cities like Austin, Nashville, Seattle, Los Angeles, Asheville, San Diego and Santa Fe, as well as performed live on many TV and Radio Programs. His live shows have been described as “passionate, powerful and moving.” And his down-to-earth on-stage persona complements his dynamic voice and electrifying shows.

Always eager to lend his time and talents to charitable causes, Lee has performed at benefits for M.A.D.D., the M.S. Society, and The Ramona Cancer Resource Center. As well as at benefit fundraisers for camps for seriously ill children, The Victory Junction Gang Camp owned by Kyle Petty, the racecar driver, and Bikers Who Care/Toys for Tots to help underprivileged children. I don't fully understand the police system in the USA but having watched a lot of true crime stuff over the years the fact there is different jurisdictions and separate forces that don't work together is awful. Our police isn't the best by any stretch of the imagination but at least it's one main countrywide unit. Does sound from this video there's possible cover ups.

Could that account, maybe wasn't cat fishing, maybe as he wanted to get away...and purely from what I picked up in this video...could he have wanted to be female and got away to start a fresh? That is a possibility with hope, rather than the alternative.

The dad. Just yuck. The fact the mum stayed with him after doing that to her own child is disgusting.

Either way it's good you took the time and actually investigated and made things public. Heartbreaking all round.

I think it's obvious to most people what happened here:

• mother stays with man who abused her own daughter, obviously doesn't hold any sort of love for her children
• selling his stuff, changing his room into something else, big sign that they already knew what happened to him
• police who were likely friends with them, of course they weren't going to "find evidence"
• abused daughter talks about how concerned she is for her safety, and iirc, her mother was giving her meds? I'm not saying she didn't commit suicide, but the circumstances are VERY suspicious even down to the date it was
• basically refusing help from people because it's "the holidays"

I think most people can already guess to some extent what really happened here, it's just being covered up. Of course we can only speculate as there is no "hard evidence" and it's all circumstantial. The FBI needs to get on this case because the family's actions and lack of care tells everything, and the local PD obviously isn't going to lead to anything

While also being controlled by her parents’ evil. This shook me to the core like none of the other 100s of missing persons cases I’ve looked into. I’m an empath and can imagine not being on my feet and being faced with my child dying, my brother being taken, my parents lying and covering up my murder. She was so so so alone through all of that and it’s infuriating that law enforcement is so corrupt in the town she was in. And like I said before, she was not on her feet and had no choice but to be trapped in all of that. A terribly sad case. Wish I could’ve met her.

@Steamaux this is ridiculous 🙄 what power do you think some random team of people have at providing any assistance in a police investigation. And I'm not saying there ability to substantiate evidence or report it, but even if EWU came to the police with there team of qualified psychologists and lawyers, the police would throw them out without hesitation, or take the report and throw it in the bin. Even PI's get it rough most of the time and they have a full careers worth of experience in detective work. Point the finger at the detective on the case not some YouTube channel giving exposure to the case.

Police need to stop using lie detector tests to "clear" someone as a suspect... I understand using them as a tactic to make a suspect confess but in no other case does it make sense to me, as most people know they're not exactly accurate

Oh man... this one had me hooked, hearing about jessica's suicide kinda shook me to my core. as a survivor of CSA, and my mom's own immediate actions to separate me from my abuser, I cannot understand how his mom could ever forgive that. Now, it wasn't my father, so there was a slightly different experience there, but my mom has never forgiven the person, even though I have.

I can only imagine what that poor girl has went through, losing her baby, the abuse, and then losing her beloved younger brother. If my sister went up and missing, I can't say that I would survive it either.

In multiple Latin American countries you will usually see 3 generations in one house, not because they can’t all get separate houses but because everyone understands that all of the members of the house contribute until they’re too old or if they’re too young. Family is very important so why wouldn’t you want to be close to them. Lots of places in Europe you will see the average age someone leaves the parents home teetering around 23-25. Don’t even get me started on some middle eastern cultures, sometimes the youngest child is expected to live with and take care of the parents. So yeah… you’re kinda just wrong tbh bro

My older sister killed herself. I found her hanging in the bathroom we shared when I was 13 and she was 17. Years later my little brother killed himself when I was 18 and he was 16. Found him hanging in a tree in our back yard. Just my opinion- neither one of these deaths were suicides and it’s truly sad. Agreed that the holidays couldn't keep me from anything having to do with finding my loved one. In fact, and I know this from personal experience, once a loved one is no longer there, the holidays are pretty much ruined anyway.
And shame on that podcast and that police department for not sharing and being willing to work with whomever is necessary to help the investigation. Ridiculous.

It’s sad when police won’t do anything including filing a missing persons report. The 1st 24 hours of them missing is the MOST crucial. And for the mother to stay with the father after knowing what he did is absolutely disgusting.

I am beyond impressed with how far you all go for these cases. I'm also very torn on what I believe happened to Tyler. Honestly, I think suicide is very likely. I also think, with the glimpse you gave us into his catfishing accounts, he very easily could have run away with someone or just ran away in general to start a new life for a multitude of reasons. The mom and dad are obviously fucked up, but I don't think their piss poor parenting necessarily points to them being responsible for his death. They very well could be! I'm not denying the theory at all. But, if a mom is willing to stay with the man who hurt her child... then yes, I'm sure they'll quickly paint over their missing son's room and gladly take his car. They're trash people acting like trash. I also think it lines up that the mom was nervous about Jessica talking to people about the case because the mom was most likely trying to protect herself (herself being the mom) more than the husband. Mom knows how bad it'll sound if people know she stayed with her child's abuser. Everything Jessica says is more so based on feelings/opinions than actual fact. Definitely trust the gut, but I'm just trying to make sense of the provided information. I also can't make much sense of why he'd log onto IMVU to casually discuss drinking chai before being murdered. Him skipping work 2 days in a row, wanting to start a new life, pulling up to work then leaving, having one more conversation with a friend... kinda points more to suicide to me. Not being able to find a body doesn't mean it wasn't suicide, it happens a lot. I really don't know what to make of this case, honestly.

This was really saddening to watch/hear. I feel for Tyler and Jessica. Wtf is wrong with the mom to stay with such a piece of trash after what he did to her daughter?!

Either way, wanted to say, I don't know about the US police system too well, but over here, if a local police station is not doing its job and there is suspicion of corruption, there are higher instances that can be contacted to report this to, which will look into it. Did anyone ever try that for this case? If the police is involved in intentionally keeping stuff quiet or not looking into it, that would be rightful reason to get some people fired, and have them replaced with cops that do actually intend to do their job.

Jessica would not dedicate her life to fighting for her brother only to kill herself after reaching out to you and sharing her story + suspicions. The parents killed Tyler and then they killed her too because she wouldn't stop fighting for justice. What a heartbreaking and infuriating case.

I’m only about 10 minutes in and I’m going to call this as a suicide. Tyler seemed to have made a sadly permanent decision and ensured he would not be deterred from it: Monday - purchased a gun and ammo, Tuesday - skipped work because he needed “time to think”, Wednesday - skipped work again but pretended to his family that he went in…and then disappears. Day’s later his car is found at a national park, with all of his personal effects gone…except his camera, which was likely left deliberately. I’m waiting to hear if the gun was found.

Having lived in the Kingman area during that time, I can tell you that Tyler's dad wouldn't have needed Tyler to purchase a gun for him at Wal-Mart. It was common knowledge at the time that there were a number of "private sellers" selling guns at the swap meet just over the hill in Golden Valley, without going through a background check. He could have gotten anything he wanted there just about completely anonymously.

At that time, there would have been three swap meets in Golden Valley and one in Kingman itself. At any one of them, there would have been 2 or 3 "vendors" that sold guns ranging from pistols to AK-47's, AR-15's up to mac11's and Tec 9's. Back then there was no requirement for private sellers to do background checks. That has since changed, but the gun culture in Arizona is such that that law could probably still be circumvented if one knows the right people.

Ewu, You did an OUTSTANDING JOB on this story! Talk about in depth! Taking a completely confusing mountain of info and evidence and making it easy for people to understand. After seeing this story, its clear to see somebody's parents need to be re-examined by an actual police officer, not their friends and coworkers. Also, there needs to be a entity civilians can call and have their local police case double checked by an out side team, to prevent this type of train wreck of an "investigation".

The reason for Tyler buying the gun (which has never been explained as Tyler hates guns) was to confront his Father. His sister had just told him about the abuse and it shook him. I believe this confrontation resulted in Tyler being murdered. He would have been unprepared and overly emotional. I believe his father lured him into the woods after becoming suspicious of his sons change in attitude towards him. Jessica was murdered by her parents also as they were uncomfortable with the light she was shining on the case. Her mother being a nurse, this would have been easy to do. It is sickening that the Police force are doing nothing about this and are protecting this family. I also believe his mother has access to her son's social media accounts. There was evidence on the laptop hard drive which is why it was never found. To convert her son's bedroom two months after he went missing is to know he is dead.

Omg, I knew it! The minute I heard half sister, my gut told me what Brian's crimes were! Even if the actual charges hadn't involved her, I got a vision, just a flash of her being victimized by him. What grateful a seriously f****ed up family. I'm so sorry for Jessica because I was victimized as a child and OMG, I'm typing as I'm listening and I was going to say that I wouldn't have survived if it weren't for my brother and the loss of him would just kill me....and of course I just heard about Jessica's demise. I hope they are together, if in fact Tyler is passed on. I'm still watching/listening so I'm keeping my mind open cuz yeah...you could say twisted alright.

I think I’ve been watching too many detective movies cause immediately when I heard about the missing photos I thought that Tyler may be blackmailing someone, in which case a purchase of a gun wouldn’t be that weird either so as to ensure his safety in whatever transaction they would have.

Just a quick thought on the items they were talking about being difficult to carry.. his pants most likely have pockets, meaning his phone, wallet, and keys wouldn't need to be carried in his arms. Just the laptop would be difficult to carry by hand on a hiking trail. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wow you guys are epic for this! Man there's so much info I don't know what it could be. Here are some of my thoughts:
- a .22 is a good hunting rifle for small game. Maybe if he wanted to run away. He thought he might need that gun
- Maybe he really did just want to run away. And the only reason the mom is covering up for Brian is because she knows Brian is the reason Tyler is running away.
- Very strange that Emily didn't want to talk. Maybe she knew Tyler had a crush on him, but she didn't like him back. And felt awkward about it. And even more awkward since he went missing.
- Well I think he might be still alive too. And I don't blame him for leaving his weird family. Very sad about Jessica though.

Insidious: operating or proceeding in an inconspicuous or seemingly harmless way but actually with grave effect. Stealthy, treacherous, or operating in the shadows. Appearing harmless or nonthreatening but subtly causing serious damage.

Nice job getting involved into this case guys. I'm so sad it never got solved and Jessica's death because of her will to find her lost brother never got justice. Although you're were so close to finding his crazy mysterious girlfriend being the culprit you needed some solid evidences that it was her involved in Tyler's disappearance. One may only assume that the crazy role playing girl poisoned him with tea, but that's just my assumption as to what had happened, and maybe then she hid his body somewhere. The police don't care which is just sad, I wish they gave this case some attention and proceeded with it, it sucks to know that the person responsible for Tyler's disappearance (and presumably his ultimate demise) is still on the run somewhere, probably continued an entire new life and changed their identity so they can't be found even if you've got such a lead on the case, but those are just some of my theories, I can only guess based on what you have discovered.

Around a similar area they have very recently found remains of someone who's death is being treated as suspicious. They said the missing person's remains are certainly greater than 1 year old given the deterioration of the remains

I went to high school with Tyler, such a tragedy the kid was a little socially awkward but I was a athlete who hung out with such kids. I played many hours of world of Warcraft with him. Prayers for the family still looking for answers

I think you guys should try and explore the mountains behind their house because it does seem extremely suspicious. & I think since the police were so close with the mother, they got rid of the private investigator on purpose because they knew something they didn’t want him to find. I mean the police themselves said they don’t like the way he “does his work”….idk if it’s even possible but I would also look into hiring a personal detective . I’m not sure if anyone can do that for a case or if it specifically has to be the family. But I would definitely do some personal exploring of my own. This case really broke my heart & I think a lot of people really want to know the truth.
