At the start of all creation, God spoke to the other parts of Himself and said 'let us' do this together

Made man in our image, creates life from dust
God created humans to be like Him, and brought us to life from the dust of the earth

From His lips existence was stitched from His mumblings
Everything in existence was created by God speaking it into being

He said its finished but He still wasn't done with us
Even though God finished creation, He still has plans for us and our lives

No matter what you may feel, know that you are not alone and have a supportive community around you

God will always be with us and never abandon us, and it brings tears of joy to the singer thinking about it

The singer is writing with the intent to bring clarity and insight, and criticize the arguments of those who falsely accuse us

Of the Accuser who says to the Created "Did God say?"
The Accuser (Satan) tries to make us doubt what God has said and done

Yes He did, we are not alone
But we know that God did create us and we are not alone

We are the God owned, God alone makes it plain
We belong to God and it's clear that it was only Him who created us

The cross of Christ is our reminder of salvation, and the path to life is not wide and easy

Eliminate the sinner's fate by switching place
Jesus eliminated the fate of sinners by taking their place on the cross

Crooked path, get it straight
We need to correct our sinful ways and follow the straight path of righteousness

The ill-fated inundated with His amazing grace
God's grace is available to those who are doomed without it

We are the canvas on which the Ancient of Day's paints His story
Our lives are a canvas for God to work in and reveal His story through us

The framework He uses to get His glory
We are the structure that God uses to reveal His glory

One portrait full of different hues of the redeemed
Together as the redeemed, we make one beautiful portrait with our unique differences

Crying holy holy holy
We are praising God and proclaiming His holiness

And not alone
Again, we are not alone in our praise and worship of God

Unified, now everyone I go I see my bloodline
The artist feels a sense of unity and family in everyone they encounter, as if they share the same bloodline through Christ

Every culture, color, Jews & gentile, sisters and brothers
This sense of unity extends to people of all cultures and races, because in Christ we are all siblings

The family of believers in Christ is unique and unmatched

All people from different backgrounds, professions, and even subcultures are included in this family

Reaching out to the elite and the d-boy
This family reaches out to both the wealthy and the poor, the privileged and the underprivileged

And want you with us
The singer wants anyone reading/listening to know they are welcome in this family

Be encouraged when you really see your family tree
When you understand the vastness and diversity of the family of believers, it should bring encouragement

Resources aren't limited, you've got more family to meet
There are always more people to meet and connect with in this family, and there is an endless supply of resources (God's love and grace)

When we lock arms in Christ it shifts eternity
When believers come together under Christ's name, it has the power to shift and impact eternity

One Body, One Spirit, One God we please
Together as the body of Christ, we serve one God and strive for unity in the Spirit

Our mission is the greatest collective endeavor ever
Our mission to further God's kingdom is the greatest group effort ever undertaken

We can do less apart but it's limitless together
On our own, we can accomplish very little, but together with other believers the possibilities are limitless

What we do in this time impacts forever
Our actions and choices in this life have eternal consequences

Loving those Who don't know Him as they turn to confessors
We should show love to those who don't know God in the hopes that they will come to believe and confess faith in Him

You aren't just an outreach, but an outpost of Heaven
As a member of the body of Christ, you are not merely doing outreach work, but acting as an extension of Heaven on earth

We aren't just a church we are Who the King dwells in
As believers we are more than just a building or organization, but God dwells within us

Cultures change, empires bend knees as God steps in
God has the power to change even the largest and most powerful of institutions or cultures

And this is just what happens cause we're connected
All of these amazing things come to fruition because of our connection as believers

Don't ever think that you're alone, I beseech you brethren
One more reminder that we are not alone and should never feel that way

Through the Ages the Church has stood on the Rock for shelter
The Church has a long history of leaning on Christ as its foundation and shelter in difficult times

Despite every storm and wind that's come against to test us
Throughout history, the Church has faced numerous trials and attacks, but has always overcome them with God's help

When the Son brings His reign we're not disturbed with weather
When Christ returns and establishes His reign, we will no longer be affected by the storms and chaos of this world

Every person in ministry, everyone tired
Even those in ministry or leadership positions can become tired and need refreshing

Fighting the good fight, at some point felt uninspired
Sometimes even when we are doing good work, we can feel uninspired or unmotivated

Know that our God is a consuming fire/
But we can find encouragement in the fact that our God is always present and powerful

Whatever embers you have He will blow new life comes
No matter how small the spark may be, God can breathe new life into it and reignite our passion

You've got family praying for you globally
As part of the family of believers, there are people all over the world who are praying for and supporting you

Say the Church of Christ will prevail and Satan can't come near it
The Church of Christ will ultimately triumph, and the enemy (Satan) cannot overcome it

Shout from the rooftops and we just pray he hear it
We should be proclaiming this truth loudly and boldly, and pray that those who need to hear it will listen

Did God say? Yes He did
Another reminder that we can trust in God's promises

You are not alone
A final, emphatic reassurance that we are not alone, and have a supportive community in God's family
