Doesnt matter if you use a sample or whatever , if you use the total melody from an existing song you need the rights to use it or permission from the original producer.
Ive made a remix from "50 cent - in da club" a couple weeks ago and it was took down within a minute.
Also got emails about copyrights and if I do it again for 2 times in the future I lose all my content that Ive uploaded and lose the account itself too (on soundcloud).
And actually to be honest I find these kind of songs freakin stupid , just come up with your own damn melody.... its too cheap in my eyes to just put different lyrics on a existing song 🤔
