Aeternitas
Letzte Instanz Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
jeder Heilige eine Vergangenheit.
Und das wird ewig so sein.
The first line of these lyrics from Letzte Instanz's song Aeternitas is "Jeder Schuldige hat eine Zukunft" or "every guilty person has a future." This line suggests that no matter what a person has done in their past, they still have the potential for a future. It highlights the idea of redemption and second chances. It speaks to the idea that people are not defined solely by their mistakes or sins but rather can continue to grow and evolve throughout their life.
The second line of the lyrics is "jeder Heilige eine Vergangenheit" or "every saint has a past." This line is in contrast to the first and suggests that even those who are revered or seen as holy have made mistakes or made poor choices in their past. It reinforces the idea that everyone has a journey and a story that has led them to where they are today.
Together, these lines provide a reflection of the human experience and our collective journey through life. It speaks to the idea that we are all flawed and imperfect but that we all have the potential for growth, regardless of where we have come from.
