1) Letzte Instanz, founded in Dresden, Germany in 1996, is a German rock band particularly noted for their use of the violin and cello. The founding members included Hörbi, Tin Whistle, Muttis Stolz, Kaspar Wichman, Holly D. and Markus G-Punkt. Benni Cellini and Robin Sohn (Sebastian Lohse) entered the group a year later. To date, they have released six studio albums, one live album, a live DVD, two singles, and have appeared on a number of mix CDs. Since "Ins Licht" (2005) Letzte Instanz have a new singer called Holly (not Holly D!).
2) Letzte Instanz, a RAC band from Germany.
They've released a split CD "Ruhe Vor dem Sturm" with gnadenlos.

@TheJumi Bei “Der Kuss” ist es halt die Gesangspartnerin Leandra, die im Refrain den Punkt trifft und mit Sänger Holly gut harmoniert, aber in ihrem Strophenpart zu aufgesetzt klingt und damit geht dem Duett viel an Stimmung verloren.
