Silber Im Stein
Letzte Instanz Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
The lyrics to Letzte Instanz's song Silber Im Stein revolve around the theme of memories and their importance in shaping our lives. The first line "Erinnerung wie Silber im Stein" translates to "Memories like silver in stone" which suggests that memories are precious and valuable, just like silver. The next lines talk about how the singer holds onto their memories tightly as they are an essential part of who they are. They describe memories as a seed that is watered by rain (emotions) and grows into something strong and significant, just as they seek to be.
The next set of lyrics talk about the passage of time, how each morning brings a new beginning, and each day ends as a memory of the past. The singer acknowledges that the pain they felt yesterday is like tears in the sand today, eventually fading away into a distant memory. The final lines of the song bring us back to the beginning theme of memories, how they stay with us throughout our lives, as if they are embedded in the stone of our existence.
Overall, the song speaks to the importance of cherishing our memories and using them to shape ourselves into something strong and resilient. It also reminds us that time is fleeting, and we should try to hold onto the present moment as much as possible.
