1) The Noir Pop/Rock group Lillith actually started as a book project between Camilla Hell and the guitarist Per-Christian Frantzen. They met at a Music/Theater High School, and started collaborating when moving to Oslo. But early on they became increasingly drawn to music and after a few rehearsals Lillith was formed. At this time the music were more like a twisted mix of pop and punk. In 2008 they recruited the bassist and cellist Gregorius Grim Knockelkatt, when meeting him randomly in studio for a demo recording. Lillith is a Norwegian indie band. Their debut album was released in 2010, and the band can finally announce the eagerly-awaited second album to be released this year, 2020. This upcoming album has a far more lighter and melodic atmosphere and shows how the band keep developing their signature sound. The new song material has almost a cinematic feeling to it, inspired by the noir pop genre. This has been noted in an English review of the bands single "Beautiful Dreamers", pointing out the interesting noir pop movement happening in Scandinavia at this moment (Nordic Music Review). Their musical influences are wide spread, from trip hop, punk cabaret to alternative folk, but they all prefer the dark side of the music scene, exemplified by bands like The Doors and Velvet underground. Lillith promises a new album in 2020, with a couple of single releases ahead!!!

2) Lillith is the sideproject of Yendri. The only album released under this name is Survive the Cold Eternity and is generally more distinct darkwave.

T H O T obliterator
“Something better.” Dooming humanity for selfishness and spite.
Very fitting of the average woman in the West these days. Rejecting any semblance of tradition, family, or love in the name of money and instant gratification: in other words the idolator way of life.
Everyone is free to choose, that doesn’t mean they will make a good choice without guidance from people who care about them.
The story of the Genesis, especially if Lilith and the serpent are the same figure would make for great symbolism of real life female nature, as female friends tend to sabotage each other when it comes to relationships and making stable life decisions; misery loves company.
Reminds me of an old saying too: “women are made to be loved, not understood. Women understand women, and they HATE EACH OTHER.”

The actual story of why Lilith exists is because of a misinterpretation of the bible.
The bible was written by four authors.
Two of these both wrote the genesis in their own way. So the two parts were mixed together, which is why many parts of it are repeated, and it’s why it seems like Adam had two wives, when in fact it was only one, but because the verse was repeated it seemed like two.
So Lilith was actually just a misinterpretation created by the repetition of verses.
The only times the name Lilith is said is to describe a dark bird or owl like being that hunted children.
So the only reason she is called the “first feminist” is due to a constant current of misinterpretations.
She was never even a woman.
John Martin
I always enjoy the contrast of the first women, Even and Lilith. Both were created to tend the garden in paradise and both decided to reject it and risk death in exchange for something they thought would be better. Lilith for Independence and Eve for Knowledge, both understandable desires that anyone could understand. And both would even become iconic mothers, Lilith of all demons and Eve of all humanity. And both get harshly represented by men for their understandable ambitions. Honestly I’d like to see more future adaptations that focuses on their dichotomy, as not only are they the spiritual first women but are incredibly influential ones as well

How is rejecting the all knowing creator (who has all the knowledge + more; than what she settled for) and leaving paradise something better?
-She was given a choice yes, she made one knowing what would happen.. But, I wouldn't say that was smart. (Forgive me if that's not what you implied though, I assume so)
God, may have shared knowledge and power over time. They were the first and, they are his children. Who just hands their kid a key to all existence? -And FWIW, the way the devil is portrayed, even with being the most magnificent angel of all that God created; he's still nothing compared to him. Otherwise, he likely would have overthrown him/erased his very existence, and replaced him. Then, there: all by himself.
So really it's like your older brother helping you become homeless.. Like... Ya, sure.. Go out into the wilderness while God will sit there with everything that you could ever want, or that could ever be.. While you and your brother go play with sticks in the mud and lie to yourself about how you're better off. If you're lucky enough to go play with the sticks and mud after, it's still only because God allows it. -I wouldn't be so testy
John Martin
@Jackazz2ndGen what I meant was, for what they thought was better. And sometimes in life doing what you think is better does result in a lot of risk and even tragedy. But at the same time we as people are always willing to leave simple comforts that feel like Paradise for something we consider better. We’re all looking for something better then what seems like paradise, and to be fair we’re not always right. But we do always try

@Jackazz2ndGen You reaaallly dont get this, its not about HIM. If you throw your misogyny out the window, then what do you have? A woman who wanted freedom because she could not receive it equally in the world she was created in, and was abandoned for that will. I know youre a man, Jackazz. otherwise you wouldve totally understood this. Even Americans renounced their mother country for freedom and Equality.

Lilith should be a main protagonist in her own movie. That is more accurate to her mythology or sacred belief she's a very mysterious being. It would be interesting to see her be scary like this.
