I'm pretty good at takin' care myself
I always get enough to get me by
So if you're askin' for a little love
Well, baby, there ain't nothin' I won't try
You got me knockin' on wood
I never knew that you could
It's alright if you want me
It's alright if you need me
Girl, if you want me to stay for the night
Girl, if you want me to stay satisfied
Girl, if you want me to stay for the night, it's alright
I knew the minute that I picked you up
That I would never want to put you down
Don't try to tell me that you've had enough
Until you realize what you've found
I'll give you breakfast in bed
You're goin' right to my head
Girl, if you want me to stay for the night, it's alright
It's alright if you want me
It's alright if you need me
Girl, if you want me to stay for the night
Girl, if you want me to stay satisfied
Girl, if you want me to stay for the night, well, it's alright
Girl, you know, I'll be leavin' in the mornin'
You got to take what you can
Yeah, you know, that I'm givin' you the warnin'
Girl, it's just a one night stand, yeah
Come over here
Oh, it's alright if you want me
It's alright if you need me
Girl, if you want me to stay for the night
Girl, if you want me to stay satisfied
Girl, if you want me to stay for the night, well, it's alright
If you want me
It's alright if you need me
Yeah, it's alright
In Lina's song "It's Alright," the singer seems to be confident in herself and states that she doesn't necessarily need anyone else to take care of her. However, if someone is looking for love, the singer is willing to try anything. The repeated line of "It's alright" seems to be a reassurance to the other person that they shouldn't worry too much about their intentions or their request for love. The singer is open to whatever the other person wants, even if it is just a one night stand. Despite the idea of leaving in the morning, the singer promises to satisfy the other person and take care of them for the night.
The lyrics can be interpreted in various ways, but it's clear that the singer has some degree of emotional detachment from the other person. The repeated line "It's alright" may suggest that the singer is not fully invested in the relationship or the encounter. However, it's also possible that the singer is simply trying to put the other person at ease by assuring them that there is no pressure, and they can do whatever they want.
Overall, "It's Alright" seems to be a song about exploring casual relationships and not being tied down to anyone. It's a playful and flirty track with a catchy chorus that keeps repeating the message that everything is okay.
