As I write, tears are running down my cheeks. I met my husband to be 42 years ago and when we were at a dance, he held me close and sang to me as the place was filled with the strains of Three time a Lady. That was the first time he said I love you! He still tells me everyday after 38 years of marriage. My heart fills with joy, love and tears at the memory you have given us Lionel. Bless you my friend.

I was 18 in 1978 when this came out. My first true love sang this to me while we danced. Brings back a bittersweet memory and my heart can still feel the weight of those words.
