She returned to Long Island after college and recorded a five-song demo in 2003. The demo got into the hands of Richie Cannata of Billy Joel's band, which resulted in Palleschi recording with co-producers/co-writers Jeff Franzel (Taylor Dayne, Clay Aiken), Adrian Gurvitz (Sheryl Crow, Meredith Brooks), Frank Filipetti (James Taylor, Carly Simon), and Tom Kimmel (Joe Cocker, Linda Ronstadt). In October 2006 she issued Released, which includes contributions from drummer Nir Z (John Mayer), guitarist Ira Siegel (Donna Summer), bassist Zev Katz (Billy Joel), and keyboardist Steve Skinner (Jewel).
