Their first release was a double-A-side 7" single on Off The Wall (later signed to Peacefrog) that had two tracks: "Twice" and "Test".
Nagano was born and raised in Göteborg to a Japanese father and American mother. She grew up listening to American folk, but always had an affinity for R&B. Keyboardist Wirenstrand spent his childhood in Småland before moving to Göteborg where listened to a lot of Swedish folk music before getting into electronic music. Bodin grew up listening to early hip-hop and jazz. Fredrik was influenced by experimental, noise and electro house.
Nagano and Bodin play live with José González. Bodin also drums with Peps Perrson, a Swedish blues/reggae artist. Swedish electronic jazz duo Koop's albums Waltz for Koop and Koop Islands feature Yukimi Nagano's vocals on several tracks.
The band collaborated with Gorillaz on two tracks ("Empire Ants" and "To Binge") from their 2010 released album, Plastic Beach. Little Dragon also collaborated with Maximum Balloon (the solo project of David Andrew Sitek, producer and member of TV On the Radio), for one track entitled "If You Return". In 2011, the band's collaboration with SBTRKT on "Wildfire" was released as the lead single from his self-titled début LP.

Drivin' in a lifetime
Watching the silver blowing hair
Watching the cats lined in a row
Catching eyes and forcing zoom
Electric clouds of information to fall down
Too fast!
My world spin faster
Your world spin faster
My world spin
Your world spin
Our world spin faster
Blind, I'm blind, I'm blind
I couldn't follow rules if I tried
Now we fall at such a speed
Leaving kind for machine
Leaving souls stare are screens
So caught up with the things I don't need
So fast!
The world spin fast
My world spin faster
Your world spin
Our worlds spin
The world spin faster
The song "Pink Cloud" by the Swedish electronic music group, Little Dragon, is about the fast-paced and overwhelming nature of the modern world. The lyrics allude to the constant bombardment of information and technological advancements that have left people feeling blinded and unable to keep up. The opening lines, "Listen day by day, Post the work you share," suggest the daily routine of sharing and consuming content online, which can be overwhelming and difficult to keep up with.
The chorus, "My world spin faster, Your world spin faster, Our world spin faster," echoes the sentiment that the world is moving too quickly, leaving people feeling dizzy and overwhelmed. The reference to "electric clouds of information" falling too fast adds to the idea of the world spinning out of control. The line "Leaving kind for machine, Leaving souls stare are screens" speaks to the growing divide between people and the emphasis on technology and material possessions over human connections and empathy.
The song serves as a commentary on the modern world and the impact that technology and societal pressures can have on mental health and wellbeing. It highlights the importance of finding balance and taking time to disconnect and focus on what truly matters.
