En 1992 Locomía se separa aunque evoluciona a un nuevo grupo con nuevos integrantes, similar a la agrupación puertorriqueña Menudo. Un año más tarde vuelven a aparecer en la escena musical, pero no corren con la misma suerte ya que el público, principalmente femenino, rechazó a los nuevos integrantes y la agrupación se disolvió definitivamente.
En 1994 Francesc Picas se lanza como solista y Javier Pastrana y Carlos Armas, se unen para crear el duo Vaticano. El resto desempeña sus carreras profesionales actualmente.
