I genuinely think they should have made a much shorter trailer that didn’t get into the blood sharing element and also didn’t give away the fact she’s the bride if it had done that but just kept a subtle unease about this place and family I think it would be more enjoyable

Well good thing I stopped the trailer less than A quarter of the way through.. Thats what I hate about movies today is they give everything away in the trailer. The camera cuts to different frames way too much, lack of character development. Movies today are just not all that good, and hard to find half way good moviesZf

@@jackisears367 Not quite as bad as the original theatrical trailer for "Terminator 2: Judgment Day": showing another copy of the original terminator being a hero and saving John Connor, not being the antagonist.
The so-called "twist" of a horror movie with what would either be some sort of Lovecraftian horror (it almost never is, as that's "just too clever for audiences to appreciate") or vampires. It's always vampires.

Just watched it. I was expecting it to be horrible because of reviews and the comment section here, BUT, it was actually great! I loved every minute. It's not really hardcore horror. It has some horror scenes here and there but if you want non-stop blood, intestines and gore then this is not for you. This movie builds up in a mysterious, bizarre and flirtacious way. I kept wondering what was coming next. The main actrice did a wonderful job too, you start rooting for her. Very fun and interesting concept with plenty of twists. Also a stunning cast. I guess it's more of a girl's movie. Recommend 10/10!

it's very gothic horror and i honestly loved it. i genuinely was expecting it to be crappy and cheap but as someone who likes these sort of vampiric gothic movies, i think that its really good! the actress did an amazing job. it's honestly one of my fave movies and i personally would watch it again. it's definitely not for everyone though i guesss..

Love it. Definitely one good looking vampire and his chemistry with the lead actress is really good. I also like those vampire wives too. Setting it in England makes it classier. Same lol a movie critic I listen to said they gave away the best parts of the movie in the trailer. Said he was better off not watching the trailer and he might have enjoyed the movie more. Trailers ruin everything so I wisely skipped it and just watched

It’s basically the same movie. A girl get married. Her family plays hide and seek and have to kill the bride and she is fighting to get out the house.

This movie is very in the middle for me. Is it bad? No. Is it good? Well, it’s entertaining. It starts very good, it’s engaging and you get invested in learning what’s going on, then you get to the scene that explains everything and it is… let’s just say not the most creative, but they still managed to keep my attention.

To be honest,it actually isn't as bad as people made it out to be. The trailer does spoil all the best parts but I honestly didn't care. I actually had a good time with it,it's nothing new or different but the film served its purpose for what it was trying to do. It had charming character development and the lead was badass,and the last 30-45 mins was simply a fun ride even if it seemed rush. I enjoyed what it was. But the film could've been way better. It's cliche,ridiculous,has cheap jumpscares,and it's PG-13 so it holds back on what you really want in a vampire movie. But I sucked it up and watched it with low expectations knowing it wasn't going to be great and luckily it wasn't terrible either. I would watch it again just for the fun of it.
