The song "Chandelier" by Loïc Nottet is a poignant depiction of the struggles that come with addiction, as well as the desire to escape reality. I just watched about 40 male covers of this song, and Loïc Nottet is the only one who gets it right.
Raw passion, emotion, grit, and pain. The words are so thick in his mouth that he has to chew through them because they feel real to him.
