1.
This unique supreme masterpiece of musics ("CANON-D" by Johan Pachelbel
from Germany) did inspire and motivate already the two German composers
Georg Friedrich HANDEL (1685-1759) and Johan Sebastian BACH (1685-1750);
and they themselves are among the 10 worldwide best composers of
classical musics! -Thus this unique supreme masterpiece is on top of
them all... -Do enjoy unlimited in time!

Trumpets...have mercy (are supreme)

Nothing like it was ever written. It simply has everything. All seasons, birth to death, water flowing to the sea, to me this sounds like the perfect cycle of anything and it gives all that is in the cycle, wonder, acceptance, bravery, hope, and piece.

That is because this goes through every consonant chord progression we know of and that all of modern music is based off of today.

Johann Goethe

I am an English teacher here in the Netherlands and my pupils are between 16 and 20 years old. A couple of weeks ago I wanted to let them listen to Pachelbel's Canon in D by the London Symphony Orchestra. I told them it was music, composed about 300 years ago. Well..at first my students were a bit sceptic, because normally they are not very fond of classical music. I told them to start their computers, open the YouTube website en I wrote the name Pachelbel on the blackboard. They put up their headphones and started to listen. Well...this is not what they expected. Most of the students thought it was a beautiful piece of music. Here in my country a lot of people recognize the Canon in D, but at the same time, most people never heard of the name Pachelbel. I think it's time to change that....!!
