EP 1 is a raw and unrestrained release: it feels like a rough draft of something stunning, with diamonds to find in the jet black coals of the Lonely Galaxy heart. A cascade of organs usher this 20 minute audience with the young and lost Howell. His vocals are buried deep in the mix on ‘Have a Heart’, seemingly buried under the ground amongst the roots as the orchestral flowers bloom above his head. Despondent and alone he sings reassuringly to himself: “I wish I didn’t have to see you around. At least I have a heart.” As introductions to an artist go it feels akin to Anthony Hegarty singing ‘Hope There’s Someone’ through a cracked window to a high school crush.
‘Have a Heart’ is very much the calling card of EP 1 though there are other things to glean from its short stay. Howell clearly values orchestral swellings over melodic bursts as his wailing throughout ‘Time’ and ‘Waiting’ go to show. Operating on an atmospheric level, they create a tension and unease, though it can feel melodramatic at times. ‘So Low’ ends this brief sojourn into the young man's psyche, showing promising signs of happiness and hope. Entirely instrumental, the piano welcomes rather than warns and the mood switches to a noticeably more optimistic place. As mentioned before, EP 1 feels like the outline of something more impressive and intriguing. By colouring in the lines and making solid the dotted lines, Howell could well position himself as a love torn figurehead, the crown Prince of the break up. This could be the start of something very good indeed.

'Forget About Steven Gerrard For A BIt'
Mate, you have been the biggest thing to hit Liverpool since scouse, and have been the reason I wanted to play football in the beginning. The one person I have wanted to shake hands with in all the world is Steven Gerrard. You have taken a very young but capable team this season, and made them into a very, very capable. You took a mediocre team and won the champions league with them back in 2005. You have won the FA cup (the one I think is the best there is; muddy pitches, tough players, big games) and won it TWICE! You are amazing, and have always been my favourite player. Thanks for being there for Liverpool, and not switching till now. Everybody understands why you want to go, and that is respectable. It's your life, after all! You have done so much.
'NOBODY WILL FORGET ABOUT STEVEN GERRARD'
@DupesCF
If theres 1 thing I won't forget about it's Steven Gerrard...
@bluWolf101PSN
From a Chelsea fan, he is a complete legend and is Liverpool's greatest ever player and I wished he got to win a league title... playing for Chelsea :D! But respect for him sticking with his boyhood club.

Genuinely think I'm going to cry. Hes the reason i love football and Liverpool :'(
@Schoty09
I don't often comment on videos but this time I needed to say something. Despite this only being 1:24 long, it was so emotional watching my hero talk about his club and what LFC means to him. He may not have won the Premier League title, but he will forever be remembered as an LFC and world football legend. I cannot put into words how much respect I have for this guy, his talents extend far beyond his footballing skills - Stevie G is LFC, and I will miss him dearly. Good luck with the next phase of your football career, I will treasure this final half a year seeing you as our beloved Red for the last time. Thanks for being the best Stevie, you are simply the best. YNWA
