when i heard this song for the first time it mades me immediately remind of the red hot chili peppers and their musical style, espacially their first albums and works...after this things you realize how much Jimi has done for music.

LOVE THIS SONG!!!! wish it was Hendrix. That would be exciting. It aint. First had this song on a bootleg album when i was sixteen. Way way b4 any kind of free internet music. Back then it was record stores and radio. So.......pretty much just record stores. Anyways even then at 16. Within the first few seconds i knew it wasnt hendrix. Most of all these comments regarding "night life" are correct. Unfortunately. Always loved the song though. The Guitar great!!

it's quite early on, before the experience, check out the PPX recordings, there are 6 discs, I think I have 3 of them, pretty cool stuff and not bootleg

Experience Hendrix release "You Can't Use My Name", featuring mainly ... This subject merits attention and I spend time on it to sort out all the terrible ... Incredibly, at that time, Jimi was in fact still under contract with PPX ... (the publishing company who thought that they owned exclusive rights to Jimi's music).
