1) LOONA, sometimes stylized as LOOΠΔ (Hangul: 이달의 소녀; lit. Girl of the Month) is a 12 membered South Korean girl group formerly under BlockBerryCreative, a subsidiary of Polaris Entertainment. The group is currently on hiatus as a result of all 12 members winning their contract termination lawsuits, and all (aside from Yves and Chuu who are pursuing a solo career) have spread across four different companies at the time of writing this.
Each individual member released a single album up until the group's official debut. A new member was introduced each month. Prior to debuting, the members also promoted in sub-units, each with their own defined concept.
On August 7, 2018, after an eighteen-month-long project to introduce the individual members, BlockBerryCreative released "favOriTe" as a pre-release to their upcoming debut album. A week later, on August 15, the tracklist for the album was released and the album was scheduled for August 20. The album was released as [+ +] and the title track chosen for the mini was "Hi High". The mini was positively received, selling over 50,000 copies, the second-best-selling album by a debuting girl group that year, and debuting at #2 on the Gaon Album Chart.
On the 25th of November, 2022, member Chuu was removed.
On the 13th of January, 2023, members Jin Soul, Kim Lip, Hee Jin and Choerry won a lawsuit against their agency BlockBerry Creative to terminate their exclusive contract.
On the 10th of May, 2023 members Vivi and Hyun Jin have also won a lawsuit against their agency BlockBerry Creative to terminate their contract.
On the 16th of June, 2023, members Ha Seul, Yeo Jin Yves, Go Won and Hye Ju (formerly known as Olivia Hye) won their cases for contract termination. All 12 members have officially left BlockBerry Creative.
On the 12th of July, members Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry officially had their first comeback as the sub-unit ODD EYE CIRCLE, their redebut being managed by their new company MODHAUS.
On September 15, 2023, members Hyun Jin, Vivi, Yeo Jin, Gowon, and Hye Ju debuted as Loossemble (Korean: 루셈블) under CTD E&M. They released their debut, self-titled EP Loossemble with the title track Sensitive.
On October 18, 2023, Chuu made her solo debut with her first EP Howl with the title track Howl.
On October 31, 2023, Heejin made her solo debut with her first EP

Introduced in February 2017, but her representing month is April, due to her single being released during that month. Her animal is a deer and her colour is pastel rose. She re-debuted in Loossemble. 2) Marie-Jose van der Kolk (born 16 September 1973 in IJmuiden, Netherlands) also known by her stage names Loona and Charisma, is a singer, songwriter and dancer. She is most noted for her collaboration with DJ Sammy, performing as a duo under the stage name of DJ Sammy feat. Charisma. She is active from 1994–2005, 2008–present. She has a daughter, Saphira Maria (born February 10, 2005).

The lyrics to Loona's song If You Want My Love are about a woman who is waiting for someone to tell her that they love her. She’s telling this person that if they want her love, they have to come and get it. She pleads with them not to fight it, to try her out and say the words that will make her feel excited. She's convinced that this person has to prove that their love for her is real and that they should lift her up and down, make her day, and say her name. She declares that she's their lady and commands them not to hide away.
The second verse continues with the theme of her waiting for this person to make a move. She says that this is the moment to tell her if it's real and to either make her their lover or remain friends. She then repeats the chorus, urging the person that if they want her love, they need to open up their eyes and give it to her because "tonight's the night".
