Los Hermanos Rosario is a merengue music band, originally consisting of siblings Rafa, Luis and Toño Rosario.
Formed in the Dominican Republic city of Higuey in May 1978, the 14-piece orchestra has had a series of hits such as Bomba Mi Hermano, Insuperables, Los Dueños del Swing and Bomba 2000. Around 1990, Toño Rosario branched out and became a mega merengue star himself. The band, however, continues to perform.

La orquesta de Los Hermanos Rosario se forma el 1ro de Mayo de 1978, en la ciudad de Higuey. Desde sus inicios Los Hermanos Rosario arrancan con exito. Realizan su primera gira internacional en los Estados Unidos del 23 de Abril al 18 de Mayo de 1983. A esta gira Los Rosario van sin su director musical Pepe Rosario, quien fuera ademas pianista de la agrupacion y que en circunstancias fatales fue vilmente asesinado.
Pepe era muy querido por sus padres Don Ramon Y Doña Aura Y por todos sus hermanos. Esta situación obligo a Los Hermanos Rosario a paralizar sus actividades por largo tiempo. Despues de reponerse de tan irreparable golpe, Los Rosario forman nuevamente su orquesta y lanzan al mercado su primer L.P. conteniendo temas que fueron verdaderos exitos, entre los que podemos citar: "Las Locas", rapidamente ocupa los primeros lugares en todos los Hit Parades seguido por los temas "Maria Guayando", "Vengo Acabando", "Bonifacio" entre otros.
Una carrera de éxitos empieza y no hay tiempo que perder. El segundo L.P. "Acabando" con temas super contagiosos como; "Adolescente", "Borron y Cuenta Nueva", "Luna Coqueta" hace su trabajo. Con el lanzamiento de "Otra Vez", Los Hermanos Rosario se consagran como "La Orquesta de Musica Popular mas Pegada de La República Dominicana", con temas como: "Rubia de Fuego", "Ingrata" y "Mi Tonto Amor". En 1990 "Fuera de Serie" continuaria con una dinastia de 12 años de éxitos tras éxito. En esta producción se destacaron temas como "Bomba", "Cumande", "Loquito por Ti", "Dime" , y "Esa Morena".
En 1992 realizan su producción discográfica titulada "Insuperable", con concepto y producción de Rafa Rosario, la cual supera a todas las anteriores por su excelente calidad y la combinación de talento de primera con el ritmo contagiante del merengue. Algunos de los éxitos de este L.P. fueron "Brindame una Copa", "Desde que la Vi", y "Mil Hora", que fue incluido en soundtrack de la pelicula "Tacones Lejanos", de Pedro Almodovar.
Luego de este arrollador éxito, Los Hermanos Rosario lanzan en Junio del 93 su produccion "Los Mundialmente Sabrosos". El primer corte promocional de este disco "Amor Amor" logro colocarse en el primer lugar de las carteleras tropicales de Estados Unidos, Puerto Rico, Santo Domingo, Centro América, Venezuela y Colombia con este tema logran por primera vez ubicarse en la prestigiosa revista Billboard.
