Los Pasteles Verdes was founded by guitarist Víctor Hugo Acuña and keyboardist Cesar Acuña, who are brothers; they had previously played together in The Jeekstones and Los Benkers. In 1973 they formed Los Pasteles Verdes with singer German Laos, drummer Jorge Luis Principe, bassist Miguel Moreno, and percussionist Juan Vásquez. In 1974, another singer, Aldo Guibovich, joined the group. Their first hit, a success across Latin America, was "Angelitos Negros", which preceded the release of their debut Recuerdos de Una Noche.[ Among their later hits were "Hipocresia" and "Esclavo y Amo".
The group made a significant impact on the Mexican and Mexican-American musical markets in the late 1970s. For part of the 1970s and 1980s they were based out of Mexico. They toured Japan in 2007

hace 15 anos conoci en tampa florida a una muchacha cuando yo escuchava en mi oficina su musica y siempre la escucho por supuesto y me dijo el baterista es mi papa me encanto que me haga ese comentario ya que ustedes siempre han sido de mi epoca lo mismo que los doltons iracundos y angeles negros, seria fantastico que saquen un albun de oro con las mejores canciones y venderlas por todo el mundo, vivo en tampa, los felicito.y bendiciones.

Tengo 52 años y en mi vida sentimental la pase muy mal, pero hace pocos años tuve oportunidad de rehacer mi vida, por esa epoca dos mujeres que quise mucho y me pagaron mal, reconocieron su error ya muy tarde; saben? eso me dejo un sabor agridulce.
