Their "Mi Agüita amarilla" single (My Yellow Water) is still well-known and it stays as one of the symbols of the "Movida Madrileña" movement in the Spanish collective mind. Being their main hit, the lyrics describe what happens to the "yellow water" coming out of our body as it "spreads all over the world and turns the jungle green and falls over you all again. The group was also famous for their various appearances on the young audience targeted "La Bola de Cristal" TV Show hosted by the singer and another "Movida" symbol Alaska.
Disbanded in 1992, Pablo Carbonell is still a well known TV showman.

The lyrics of Los Toreros Muertos's song "Mundo mágico" talk about a world of magic that exists within the singer's possessions. The first verse talks about a magical wand that is his penis, that when he touches a woman, she ignites. He also refers to a magical hat that when worn, provides health benefits when he blows on it. The second verse talks about a magical bed inherited from the Wizard of Oz that when a woman lays on, he can "split her in two". He then talks about a powerful "magic powder" that makes women release, and he will pay them if they fall asleep.
The third verse talks about mirrors for women to admire themselves, an electric massage chair, and a cape like Superman's that won't protect them from alligators. Lastly, he talks about a smoke that makes him do acrobats every time he consumes it.
