Lost Witness are DJ / Producer Simon Paul and producer Simon Kemper. The dynamic duo met and formed in May 1998 as Dusk Til Dawn and enjoyed the underground success of Fine Night, which in turn brought songwriter Ed Barton into the frame as the third, if more silent member, to complete the happy union.
Vocals of the early hits 'Red Sun Rising' and 'Did I Dream (Song to the Siren)' were supplied by Tracy Carmen.
Paul & Kemper have both experienced similar musical upbringings with Paul's parents heavily influenced by big band and jazz while Kemper's pursued and continue to pursue the opera. Simon Paul has been actively DJing for 14 years, following the peaks and troughs of house music which has inevitably shaped the way he produces. Simon Kemper has been equally molded by keeping himself up to date with his clubbing experiences in and around London. The fusion of both has culminated in a plethora of musical, vocal trance anthems.

Tonight and forever
Light shine off, light shine on
Making our faces many colors
Everyone is moving
Like waves make an ocean on and on
Everybody's singing
Yes, this is happiness happening
La la la la la
La la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la
La la la la la
Everything will be perfect
Everything will be perfect
Everything will be perfect
Tonight and forever
Everything will be perfect tonight

Nothing sad about it. Every era is what it is. The whole point of music like this is to live in the moment.

Took my mum out for the first time when I was 19 (1999) to astoria, Southport, was the bliss, and Kingsway previously, this came on and we danced the night through. What a night to remember. Got home at 5am. Watching the sunrise, having a smoke in the garden, this tune still ringing in our heads, rip mum. 22 years. We all miss you. XxX Thanks for upload βπ§πͺπ―

What a cool mom to go to the club with you to dance the night away to trance music! My mom would probably do the same with me if I asked her. But I'm embarrassed for her to see the person I am on drugs. She's already seen enough of that person from the years I spent as an addict living at home, feeling like a total failure after graduating from a prestigious college, stuck in low-wage employment for years. Amazingly, no matter who much I screwed up she was still proud of me. Since moving 800 miles away, I've gotten my life on track and she is just happy to see her children happy. The moral of the story, (assuming you had/have a good one) always cherish your mother. No one will ever love you like your mom. May yours rest in peace, because she sounds wonderful π
