Lost Witness are DJ / Producer Simon Paul and producer Simon Kemper. The dynamic duo met and formed in May 1998 as Dusk Til Dawn and enjoyed the underground success of Fine Night, which in turn brought songwriter Ed Barton into the frame as the third, if more silent member, to complete the happy union.
Vocals of the early hits 'Red Sun Rising' and 'Did I Dream (Song to the Siren)' were supplied by Tracy Carmen.
Paul & Kemper have both experienced similar musical upbringings with Paul's parents heavily influenced by big band and jazz while Kemper's pursued and continue to pursue the opera. Simon Paul has been actively DJing for 14 years, following the peaks and troughs of house music which has inevitably shaped the way he produces. Simon Kemper has been equally molded by keeping himself up to date with his clubbing experiences in and around London. The fusion of both has culminated in a plethora of musical, vocal trance anthems.

So jealous of all you guys who remember this kinda stuff from actually experiencing it in the clubs in the 90's. I used to pray for the day I could finally go out and experience nightlife for these kinds of tracks, but by the time I did, music had changed. I would love to have been an 18-25 year old in the 90's! You guys are so lucky u got to live through such a cool decade for dance music.

im a 72 model and damn i so wish i could go back , today is so very poor compared to what we had and what we did :D i can remember handing from the top of a light house at day break one morning after clubbing singing star touchers , the cops pulled up and put the flashing lights on so i had disco lights and started clapping and dancing with us :D days long gone
