Riley the cop would always stop
Riley, the policeman, would often come to the fruit stand

On the corner at Tony's stand.
He would come to Tony's fruit stand, located on the corner of the street

He'd help himself to anything
Riley would take any fruit he wanted without asking or paying

This behavior of Riley was consistent, and he came to the fruit stand frequently

Tony requested Riley to stop squeezing the bananas
