praise Allah for His uncountable blessings, there's no God but He
Islam since Adam (the first human) is to worship only Allah (the Creator of the universe), following the prophet of your time, because people cannot know the path without them, they came to direct and confirm the one message that: God has no partner, no son, no alike, do not worship except Him.
and people had to keep the teachings (the laws given to the prophet) until another prophet (final one is Muhammed peace be upon him) who is described in the scriptures.
Allah your Creator says in the Qur'an, surat Al-A'raaf:
(157) Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written in what they have of the Torah and the Gospel, who enjoins upon them what is right and forbids them what is wrong and makes lawful for them the good things and prohibits for them the evil and relieves them of their burden and the shackles which were upon them. So they who have believed in him, honored him, supported him and followed the light which was sent down with him - it is those who will be the successful.
158. Say, [O Muhammad], "O mankind, indeed I am the Messenger of Allah to you all, [from Him] to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. There is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death." So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the unlettered prophet, who believes in Allah and His words, and follow him that you may be guided.

Qur'an is the final Revelation
• it confirms Abraham monotheism (worshipping Allah only, not attributing to Him partners)
• approves good morals (mercy, justice, forgiveness, honesty, modesty, charity and care for poors and orphans, etc)
• puts strict and fair limits that close the door for corruption and for anything leads to it (like gambling, interest system such in banks, intoxicants like alcohol and anything affects consciousness, eating pork, not respecting privacy, backbiting, gossip, men gazing at women or women gazing at men, immodest dressing, friendship between men and women, etc)
• provides general rules that apply on all periods (some things weren't in the prophet time but are measured by those rules)
• laws get along with humen nature, and consider the differences between men and women in many things, fairly
• doesn't allow to obey anyone in what opposes Allah's limits, even parents (you treat them kindly but holding to Allah's limits)
• doesn't obligate you beyond your power, and allow for some exceptions when very necessary that no other way (like eating pork is forbidden but if starving and doesn't have except this food you eat it with no intention of transgressing the limits, and with the amount keeps you alive)
• warns of satan steps, so person should not even approach what leads to wrong.
• teaches you to control your desires, your anger, and to seek Allah's refuge whenever having a bad thought
• reminds you with Allah's blessings, so you give thanks to Him not because He needs, but it's His right, also you keep holding to Allah's side.
• before reading Qur'an one should seek Allah's refuge from the cursed satan, and when touching the Qur'an one should be abluted (on wudu)
• encourages to seek more the Hereafter, but not to forget your rights here within Allah's limits
• doing goods for Allah's sake, not for people's compliments
- Allah protects Qur'an from change, and it has been in the chests in the first place since prophet Muhammad until now millions memorize it from cover to cover, so if all the papers gone, it will be written back letter by letter

- he was illiterate, peace be upon him, not possible for him to challenge both jinn and humen with it
- he is known for his purity, honesty and loyalty, and his enemies witnessed this even before his prophecy time, and they called him Al-Sadik Al-Amin (the honest, the trustworthy)
- he wouldn't reprimand himself in the Qur'an, and wouldn't obligate himself with straightness and laws, rather would seek money and fame, and mention himself or wives more than prophets and rights of Allah
•• did satan wrote it?
satan wouldn't remind you of Allah constantly and warns of evil steps
•• jinn?
- they wouldn't put such laws which is basically put to straighten humanity
- weren't able to reach heaven to listen to angels words, thus at the start of prophet Muhammad's revelation there were increasing in shooting stars or meteor showers, and it's in Surah Al-jinn v.8-9 where it conveys narration of a jinni group heard about prophet Muhammad

Qur'an corrects mistakes and confirms the truth (known by logic and records) it gives the precise account, and the similarities with the previous scriptures means that events had place in history, and Qu'ran confirms what is true and corrects mistakes.
- it told the future
happened like victory of Romans in the start of Surah Ar-Rum, and Muslims victory in Badr battle in Surah Al-Qamar v.45, and will happen near: the children of Israel (in their second time of corruption on land) will be destroyed, it's in Surah Al-Isra v.4-8, and many other examples.
Allah says:
"O mankind, there has to come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers." surat Yunus 10.57

I was 10 when I was forced underwater at a "lazy river" style pool. I couldn't get up due to the crowd of tubes around me. I really thought I was going to die. Then one strong arm grabbed me and pulled me up. 20 years later, I will always be thankful to that man.

Similar story here. I was about 14/15 years old. I was swimming in the wave pool at a water park for the first time. At some point, there were so many people in their tubes/floats that I was surrounded by them and forced underwater. While having no air in me, I pushed through to get out of the pool. I had swam in lakes with waves before and taken lots of swim classes, so I am a relatively strong swimmer. But I did not expect the large crowd of tubes to push me under and leave me with no space to breathe or vision of when the waves were coming. Thankfully I got myself out of the pool and then just sat while regaining my breath.
