English Kids In America
Lower Than Atlantis Lyrics

they've been there for a week or so
Passport is looking worn
in the picture I look 12 years old
Outside the weather's cold
I'm wearing every sweater I own
It's hot there so I've been told
won't be wearing nothing at all
This is goodbye
Catching our flight tonight
Can't stay
Going away today
We'll get lost and find ourselves in a foreign land
We'll swim in seas and lie on sand
Singing "Wha-wha-oh, wha-wha-ohhh
We're English kids in America!"
Singing "Wha-wha-oh, wha-wha-ohhh
We're English kids in America!"
Shades and bikini babes
I'm planning on a drink or two
Hang 10 and catch some waves
I've forgotten everyone I knew
This is goodbye
Catching out flight tonight
Can't stay
Going away today
We'll get lost and find ourselves in a foreign land
We'll swim in seas and lie on sand
Singing "Wha-wha-oh, wha-wha-ohhh
We're English kids in America!"
Singing "Wha-wha-oh, wha-wha-ohhh
We're English kids in America!"
I've left home, you're home alone
No Wi-Fi or mobile phone
Now that the open road is all I know
I've left home, you're home alone
No Wi-Fi or mobile phone
Now that the open road is all I know
Get lost and find yourself in a foreign land
Go swim in seas and lie on sand
Singing "Wha-wha-oh, wha-wha-ohhh
We're English kids in America!"
Singing "Wha-wha-oh, wha-wha-ohhh
We're English kids in America!"
We're English kids in America!
We're English kids in America!

I went to Brighton last night, to see A Day To Remember. Lower Than Atlantis were one of their warm-up bands, and I must say, this is the only song I knew from them, but they were like 10 times better live, and it's really worth seeing them if you're a fan!
@TheKnoose
