1) Luciano (real name… Read Full Bio ↴There is more than one artist with this name:
1) Luciano (real name Patrick Großmann; born January 28, 1994 in Bautzen) is a German rapper from Berlin.
The son of a Mozambican father and a German mother, Luciano grew up mostly in the Schöneberg district of Berlin. He is a member of the rap crew Loco Squad Gang.
In 2020, Luciano was one of the first high-reach German-language rappers to release music in the internationally successful UK Drill style.
2. Luciano (born Jepther McClymont on October 20, 1964) is a Jamaican Roots Reggae artist. He first begun recording in 1992 under his first name Luciana, with his debut single "Ebony & Ivory" on the Aquarius Record label and followed with his debut album 'Moving Up' for RAS records in 1993. Luciano is the seventh of nine children and was born to extremely spiritual and musical parents while growing up in Daveyton, a small district in the central parish of Manchester, Jamaica.
2) Luciano, born in 1978 in Chile and raised in Switzerland. Started DJing in 1993 and producing electronic music since 1997. In the mid-90's, he was promoting Sense Club and Encuentros con la Technocultura in Santiago de Chile in the company of many initiators of the Latin American electronic music scene: Señor Coconut AKA Atom Heart, Ricardo Villalobos, Pier Bucci, Dandy Jack, Adrian Schopf, Washington Miranda, Argenix Brito, Microman, etc.
Luciano left Chile at 21 and moved to Europe (2000), settling in Geneva (Switzerland) to launch Mental Groove Records and holding a residency at the Weetamix club. He gradually invaded the inner reaches of electronic culture, forming a partnership with Ibiza’s most notorious underground club, Circoloco at DC10, which gave Luciano a perfect platform and a passionate audience for his irresistible, mind-altering blend of barebones techno and hot-blooded Latin rhythms. His releases appear on the Transmat, Perlon, Lo-Fi Stereo, Bruchstuecke and Klang Elektronik record labels.
Luciano's mixed Swiss & Chilean identity shows in his music, a somewhat mystical blend of deep techno & electro that integrates southern elements in rhythms and colourful patterns in sound. His collaborations with Ricardo Villalobos (Playhouse, Perlon, Warp, Force Inc etc.) as Sense Club are especially rewarding, as is his partnership with Pier Bucci and Argenix Brito as Monne Automne.
Mellowing his style as times goes by, getting more experimental and spacey with a fresh style of his own, Luciano’s production is destined to the wiser dancefloors.

She got me spending hundos
Tryna put my dick in bae (Dikembe) like Mutumbo

Plottin on me then this Clip disperse

Book a flight, Dubai is the travel option
Snakes in her ear but wont rattle nothing
Got em punching the air, Like they shadow boxing
Oh see these (ODCs) bars is nice like a Neat freak

LUCIANO's song Too Much Guns is a powerful and insightful commentary on the realities of life for many young people living in inner-city environments. The lyrics are complex, sophisticated, and filled with metaphor, highlighting the ways in which violence, drugs, and poverty shape the lives of those living in these communities.
The opening lines of the song describe the singer's desire for a woman, using a series of clever puns and literary references to paint a vivid picture of his desire. The line "Tryna put my dick in bae (Dikembe) like Mutumbo" uses the image of former NBA player Dikembe Mutumbo to suggest the singer's desire to dominate and conquer his sexual partner. Similarly, the line "Ima do ya daughter well (Whale) like im mr krabs" uses a pun on the words "well" and "whale" to suggest the singer's willingness to provide for and protect his partner, much like the character Mr. Krabs from the TV show SpongeBob SquarePants.
As the song progresses, the lyrics shift focus to the singer's experiences with violence and drug use. The line "Plottin on me then this Clip disperse" suggests a willingness to use violence to protect oneself, while the line "Snakes in her ear but wont rattle nothing" highlights the dangers of gossip and betrayal within these communities. The lyrics also touch on themes of self-reliance and perseverance, with lines like "Just be Honest (Giannis) with yaself / Just honest for ya health" and "Live and Learn" emphasizing the importance of taking responsibility for one's own life and making the most of the opportunities that come one's way.
Overall, LUCIANO's song Too Much Guns is a powerful and thought-provoking commentary on the realities of life for many young people living in inner-city environments. The lyrics are rich with metaphor and literary references, highlighting the complexity and depth of the subject matter.

The problem is too many guns in Jamaica they are in the hands of the criminal and the murderer police,
Because all guns and even bullets are banned from the legal citizens who cannot possess even a bullet without being put into Gun Court, remanded in indefinite detention, meanwhile the criminals the gang have every kind of weapon from the SLR to the M-16 to the AK 47, and even the RPG rocket launchers, Jamaica is the most violent place in the Americas as for population, only Haiti now can rival the bloodshed in Jamaica, the criminal and murder or just murder a police man and take away his gun .
Bad police and flying squad murder for higher, and murdered youth them
