@Mtl Vouts Not that I know of. Mostly mainstream stuff from the radio. Lots of good tunes. Guess my point in a dragged out comment was about the screen behind the Wolfman having all the psychedelic imagery. I've heard stories about college and university students going home to watch the show after burning one or dropping a hit of acid before the show starting at 4PM in reruns!

@Brian Sauer I remember watching this as a kid. Those characters were odd - I seem to remember it was on in the morning on Saturdays after Scooby Doo..lol. Did they play Lucifer's Friend?

@Ricky Webb 7r. There was a kids show back in the 70's, here on a local TV station in southern Ontario called The Hilarious House Of Frightenstein. One guy played at least 50% of the characters in short skits. The premise of the show centers around Dracula's castle where he and Igor try to bring Frankenstein back to life, never succeeding. Other characters are an Oracle (who appears to be high), Grizellda the witch who is a klutz, and "The Wolfman" who has a radio station in the castle basement. He will take "requests" and spin tunes. He then gets up in front of a psychedelic screen, sometimes with Igor, and they'll bop around, almost like on an acid trip. Jumping Jack Flash by the stones became my favorite Stones tune as a kid as they played it the most. Lots of great, "groovy" music was introduced to us kids. Purple into Maiden would actually be de-evolution. 2 & eventually 3 guitarists in Maiden and they can't hold a candle to any of the Purple guitarists, with the possible exception of Tommy Bolin when his arm went numb.
