1. Lucy is the electronic producer Luca Mortellaro. In 2007, he released his first EP, "Open House" (Qoki Records), which immediately drew the attention of renowned artists, such as, James Holden. Constantly searching for innovative sounds, Lucy's dj sets and live acts combine techno, minimal, neo-trance and electro, to create a vibe that is simultaneously energetic and gliding. He currently releases most productions on his own label Stroboscopic Artefacts. His third album "Self Mythology", released in 2016, saw Lucy move further away from club techno towards a more tribal sound.

11. LUCY (루시) is a 4 member South-Korean band under Mystic Story, formed in 2019. They debuted on May 8, 2020 with the album "Dear." and the title track "Flowering". The band consist of Cho Wonsang (Producer, Bass, Vocal), Choi Sangyeop (Vocal, Guitar), Shin Gwangil (Drums, Vocal) and Shin Yechan (Leader, Violinist). The band was formed on the show SuperBand and won second place.
Originally, Lee Ju Hyuk was part of the band during SuperBand, but was replaced by Choi Sangyeop due to conflicting schedule with the release of his band's new album, GIFT. He eventually decided to return to his original band, GIFT. On November 27, 2019 was announced that Choi Sangyeop, a contestant elinated during the first round of SuperBand, will replace JuHyuk.
In the studio where Cho Wonsang worked during SuperBand, there was a dog called Lucy, they decided to name themselves as "LUCY" after that dog they spent time with. 'Lucy" also comes from the latin "lux" meaning "light".

Quick introduction to LUCY:
LUCY was original formed from JTBC's Super Band and they came 2nd in the entire show. After the program ended, their original vocalist Lee Juhyuk went back to his original band GIFT and the current main vocalist was brought in. During the program, LUCY's signature sound was Ambience Pop where they input surrounding sounds like water, animals and fireworks into their music. They are under Mystic Story, which was originally Gwangil's company.

Notes:
Gwangil originally participated in Super Band as a vocalist and in round 1 and 2 he switched to becoming a bassist and due to circumstances in round 3 he switched to drums.
Wonsang is still part of a producing group called YENEVARA
LUCY has a couple of un-released tracks (from Super Band) some of them can be found on JTBC's channels like 선잠 and Flare. However, they also have another song called 난로 where they performed on 음악당 and is not available on Spotify.
