Her interest in music sparked during her childhood when she played around with the piano in her living room. She had a fondness for pop icons like Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears. However, her exposure to Evanescence, introduced her to the world of bands and sparked her interest in various genres, ranging from classical and Western pop to R&B, game music, electronic, jazz, and rock, drawing influences from anything with captivating melodies.
Luiza started her music career as the vocalist of the pop rock band The Winking Owl, which formed in 2010. Her joining in the band occurred in a serendipitous manner, as she was invited by Yoma, the band's founding guitarist. They had played together in their high school light music club, but lost contact when Yoma went to study music in the United States. Although Luiza hadn't been actively involved in music activities at the time, the offer presented a promising opportunity, and she decided to give it a try, eventually becoming an integral part of the band's journey.
The Winking Owl experienced significant milestones, including a major debut in 2015, and gained valuable experience through nationwide tours and live performances overseas. Subsequently, she released her second single, "Over My Scars," on July 6, 2021, followed by her third single, "S O U N D," on August 14, 2021. On December 7, 2021, she released her fourth single, "CALLING," and continued to captivate audiences with her fifth single, "HONEY DAYS (GONE TOO SOON)," released on April 6, 2022.
