Her interest in music sparked during her childhood when she played around with the piano in her living room. She had a fondness for pop icons like Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears. However, her exposure to Evanescence, introduced her to the world of bands and sparked her interest in various genres, ranging from classical and Western pop to R&B, game music, electronic, jazz, and rock, drawing influences from anything with captivating melodies.
Luiza started her music career as the vocalist of the pop rock band The Winking Owl, which formed in 2010. Her joining in the band occurred in a serendipitous manner, as she was invited by Yoma, the band's founding guitarist. They had played together in their high school light music club, but lost contact when Yoma went to study music in the United States. Although Luiza hadn't been actively involved in music activities at the time, the offer presented a promising opportunity, and she decided to give it a try, eventually becoming an integral part of the band's journey.
The Winking Owl experienced significant milestones, including a major debut in 2015, and gained valuable experience through nationwide tours and live performances overseas. However, the band went on an indefinite hiatus following Luiza's departure on July 15, 2020. The decision was announced on the band's official website due to differences in direction. After careful consideration, each member, along with the staff, came to the conclusion to put the band on hiatus.
Since the hiatus, Luiza embarked on a solo career. In 2020, she contributed the ending theme "Only Wish" for the anime "Date A Bullet: Dead or Bullet." On April 6, 2021, she made her debut as a singer-songwriter and released her first single, "Loveless."
Subsequently, she released her second single, "Over My Scars," on July 6, 2021, followed by her third single, "S O U N D," on August 14, 2021. On December 7, 2021, she released her fourth single, "CALLING," and continued to captivate audiences with her fifth single, "HONEY DAYS (GONE TOO SOON)," released on April 6, 2022.

Acho é pouco
Pra mim que aceita você
Depois que já pisou
Que pra cidade toda já me humilhou
Aproveita
É a última vezQue vai fazer o mal que já me fez
Pode sumir
Pode sumir
Vou ficar bem
Mas depois não vem
Pedindo pra voltar
Um um
Pode implorar
Um um
Não vai entrar
Pode sumir
Pode sumir
Vou ficar bem
Mas depois não vem
Pedindo pra voltar
Um um
Pode implorar
Um um
Não vai entrar
Na minha vida de novo
Pra me bagunçar
Aproveita
É a última vez
Que vai fazer o mal que já me fez
Pode sumir
Pode sumir
Vou ficar bem
Mas depois não vem
Pedindo pra voltar
Um um
Pode implorar
Um um
Não vai entrar
Pode sumir
Pode sumir
Vou ficar bem
Mas depois não vem
Pedindo pra voltar
Um um
Pode implorar
Um um
Não vai entrar
Na minha vida de novo
Pra me bagunçar
Depois que eu me arrumar
Na minha vida de novo
Pra me bagunçar
Depois que eu me arrumar
E pode sumir
The lyrics of Luiza & Maurílio's song "Pode Sumir" convey a sense of empowerment and self-respect in the face of past mistreatment. The singer addresses someone who has hurt them in the past, expressing that they are no longer bothered by their actions. The phrase "Você ligou o modo 'to nem aí de novo" can be interpreted as the singer emphasizing that they have reached a point where they no longer care about this person's actions or their attempts to hurt them.
The lyrics also imply that the person being addressed had previously humiliated and mistreated the singer in front of the entire city. Despite this, the singer asserts that this will be the last time the person can cause harm and that they will no longer be affected. The repeated phrase "Pode sumir" is an assertion that the person should just disappear, as the singer will be fine without them.
Overall, the lyrics of "Pode Sumir" convey a message of self-empowerment, independence, and moving on from a past relationship that caused pain and humiliation. The singer no longer wishes for this person to be a part of their life and expresses confidence in their ability to move forward without them.
