1. Brazilian singer Luka started playing the guitar at the age of 7. At 16, when she was known as Luciana Lima, she already performed in bars and clubs of Rio Grande do Sul using only her guitar and her incredible voice, she even performed at Planeta Atlântica, one of the most important music festivals in Brazil.

2. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, but raised and based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, singer-songwriter Lisa Lukaszczyk is the key figure fin the band Luka, loosely named after her family name.
