Honestly it was a Disney Pixar/Hollywood circle jerk. Video games were always an underground culture. To see it tossed around the Hollywood stew is a bit disheartening.
I love Jack black in all his roles but for Bowser? All I could hear was Jack Black singing, not bowser. Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong just sounds like Seth Rogen. So yea my hang ups are on the voice cast.
