M.E.D's debut album was released on Stones Throw records in 2005. Entitled Push Comes to Shove, the album features production from Madlib, J Dilla, Oh No (Madlib's younger brother), and Just Blaze.
A CD entitled "Bang Ya Head" was released during Stones Throw's 2005 Tour and features M.E.D (known as Medaphoar) guest spots from 1998 to 2005.
M.E.D. made a dis track toward Canibus called "Lightwork."
The west coast MC called Medaphoar is known lately by the first three letters of his name: M to the E to the D. Three short letters for a long-awaited, full-length album coming at long last in 2005.
Why the hold up? Heads have been checking for more heat from young MED for a good while â since his recent appearance on Madvillainâs âRaidâ (Madvillainy, 2004) going back to his debut on the now-classic Soundpieces by Lootpack back in â99. He showed up on Quasimotoâs The Unseen (2000), Spinzâs Proz and Conz (2006),and even made the sole MC appearance on Madlibâs acclaimed Shades of Blue. As an artist on Stones Throw, the man has three 12-inch single, and two ltd.-edition white label 12s, including the Cut Chemist-produced âBlind Manâ and the Erykah Badu-jacking âSpecialâ from 2004. All this heat and yet the album is ghost... until now.
"Push Comes To Shove" is the official title of the album, and itâs nothing but rapid-fire bangers all over it. The track list features production by Stones Throw homies Madlib and Oh No, the almighty J Dilla (Jay Dee), and... if itâs all right with yâall... a little treat from platinum-plus hitmaker Just Blaze.
Representing the Oxnard, California family of MCs and b-boys that boasts luminaries such as Madlib, Oh No, Declaime, Wildchild and Kan Kick, MED stands out for his âperforating wordplay and extraterrestrial breath controlâ (URB Magazine). His subject matter reflects the struggles and hustles of a young black man caught between the street life of Oxnard and the nightlife of L.A. Fans can expect a healthy dose of muscular lyricism on "Push Comes to Shove", with guest MCs including J Dilla (rapping on and producing the lead single âPushâ) and (...oh sh*t!) the one and only Diamond D, for that all-time heavyweight flavor.
In 2009 he released his 100 Dolla Billz 12" single.

S-Servin'
Ay yo, whether it's not pushing blocks
Cushions is (?) draw
Servin' is, what we do most
Certainly on the coast
Niggas is lottery numbers
Balling is constantly
In and out of the slum
Gotta keep my hustling steady
In and out of the summer
You niggas messy, spaghetti
We in and out like the burger
Servin' them 24/7, seven eleven we servin'
9 to 5 is my motto
Red David, we working
Red dailies, playa
Picture that pedal pedaling through you
With the spinners reflecting off of the (?)
See, that clack don't move
Weaving them fiends right to you
With that smile on, suckers
Like I never knew a cooler nigga
Servin'
(?) with the central tracks
Ay yo, servin'
Bossing on them (?)
Ay yo, servin'
Even when them curbs when they shootin' (servin')
Kill 'em when that instrumental keep 'em (servin')
Big wheel, gleam how I lean on 'em (servin')
Pull up on the scene with the beat ballin' (servin')
50 in my jeans, with the fiends calling (servin')
Even when that instrumental raw
24/7 heavyweights
City or state to state
Beating a whip right out the super 8
You kidding my nigga, with a syringe
Loop breaks , praising your savior behind shades
Bruising fools, mommy on the, uh
Catch a body when I Glock
Pop a shotty, dying love, hun
No offense, bummy we resent
Probably bumping 2Pacalypse, swervin'
Third figure, 50 bird kilo you get served
Herb or either let it burn, word
Malt liquor slang chorus from the blur
Picture tryna get right 'fore the first
Earn amount or nothing for your bank account
Grind like the brakes is out
Three kings 'bout to get royally slain
Fresh rap in a foil for fiends
Servin'

Even when that instrumental raw
I spliff herb and get served
It's the word about these picture perfect
I piss on curves, like I'm freaking nervous
I'm just a pervert, looking at a bitch that's looking sherbert
Sorbet, metropolitans, smoke and drink
Marys get married to Cosmopolitans
Bottled it in (?) I go in like a gentleman
Headed to (?)
To see if I'm a simple men
With bigger plans, no kiddie land
My head spins, shorter than Mini-Me
I'm the titty man, hand me some titties man
I got titty hands, counting paper
Like a busy man with like 50 grand
I got opportunity I see
Sick with a disease, nigga catching your decease
Rest in peace, nigga, please no resurrection
I'll accept it If I'm included
In the will written on your fuckin' death bed
That's well said, and heaven said it
And it all began at city college, eleven credits

The lyrics of MED Blu Madlib's song "Serving" talks about the daily hustling and survival of life on the streets. The song is mainly focused on the act of "servin'" which implies selling drugs or whatever it takes to make money. The chorus of the song repeats the word "servin'" which emphasizes the importance of hustling to survive. The lyrics point out that servin' is the most common thing he does, his hustle keeps him on the coast and in and out of the summer. With a mix of metaphors and similes, the rapper describes his life and those of his fellow hustlers. The lyrics also talk about keeping hustling steady and selling 24/7; he has to be constantly moving around and serving irrespective of the day or time.
Furthermore, the song talks about being street-savvy and keeping an eye on everything while still maintaining a cool look. The rap artist talks about moving his products through Central tracks and even when curbs are being watched. The artist also talks about having to kill them when the instrumental keeps them serving, indicating that he has to be always moving and staying alert. Other themes present in the song are bragging, luxury, and partying. He talks about having 50 grand in his pocket and counting papers like a busy man with opportunities the streets present while still enjoying women, liquor, and weed.
