One of Mac Mall’s first singles was a song called “Ghetto Theme”, and the music video directed by Tupac Shakur in 1993. He was also longtime friends with the Mac Dre, who was his mentor early on in his career/ repairing their friendship a couple of years before Dre’s death.[clarification needed] He is one of the premier artists on Dre’s Thizz Entertainment label. He is also cousins to E-40 and B-Legit.
In 1993 Mac Mall released his debut album Illegal Business? on the Young Black Brotha label. He was just 15 years old at the time his debut album was released. Khayree Shaheed worked as the producer and the album featured Ray Luv, Mac Dre and The Mac. In 1995 he contributed a verse to E-40’s “Dusted and Disgusted”, and in 1996 he signed a record deal with Relativity Records, which released his second, and most successful album, Untouchable.
In 1999, he started his own Sessed Out label, the first release being the compilation Mac Mall Presents the Mallennium, followed by his first solo album on the label, Illegal Business? 2000 a year later, although his popularity of a few years earlier had waned. Immaculate followed in 2001, on which he mixed gangster rap with religious themes, with Mackin’ Speaks Louder Than Words in 2002 and Illegal Game in 2004. He also contributed to the first “Boss Ballin” compilation record produced by D-Shot, cousin of Mac Mall and brother of E-40 and former member of the Bay Area Group “The Click”.

Keepin the crowd pumped like I was Foljah, ask yo bitch
Mall is in the house for '92, 90 fuckin 3
Keepin the suckas stressin off my strictly stress faculty
Never needs no pot, when ya fuckin with some dope like this
I got the fools trippin, the hoes, niggaz, and the tricks
Be askin what's the aspects of a young playas game
Sufferin through playas stress, pimpin through the snow and rain
Stayin in my tub like I was told by young Mac Dre
I said in the last I'ma savage when I go up in 'em
Another fuckin hoe be bendin over for the next nigga
Love ta hit the dank, can't fuck with that tadafee
Since I'm comin viscious man these niggaz want to pop me
But I just keep the game tight you know, like a playa should
Its loaded to pump 30 rounds fool, then its all good
Its all good
I'm hearin hella mothafuckas tryin to be actin runnin at the mouth
Thinkin they can fuck with a youngster, fool I got some doubts
How you gon' step in the phatness I'm already nine-a meter Put the latex on
the mic, I've fucked so many times
Bringin the suckas home, I'm not ya average singa
Get a middle finga, I pulled the milimeta
I wouldn't want to be ya the eletric shock will see ya
Peep the little red dot den ya pop, YEAH
The rollers want to hand me at the station
They trippin like they basin, mad as fuck cause I'm poppin across the nation
I gotsta share love to Mac Dre and Young Kilo
Feds tried ta fade, but soon dere gon' be freedom
And much indo gon' be lit when I hit the spliff
Game don't stop from the Crest BIATCH!
Its all good
Its all good
Where you from man?
Who me?
Straight sewer street dwella, fly young fella
Got the pimp deckin they bitch because they know that I got hella
Game and Mall's the name man these fools don't want to fuck with me
Should I slang the D, or cut up on the are-A-P
I love the M-A-see, Patti may you rest in peace
I eats a big feast after smokin dank with DJ Cease
Fila's on my feet and short like a khaki creased
So playas think I'm dizno, some up and jump and kizno
In my fuckin Lugz, I got the dolja dank siznuts
Sometimes I got liznopes, or should I say criznizi
I pack kiznack niznine, these fools be tryin fiznight me
I was at the telly, with this hoe named Kelly
I had the niznock and the giznock sniznack or that nellie
The hoe was kinda siznick, all up on my diznick
And since she loved the sess I got some cutty she can get wit
These fools don't understand cause they ain't got tiva

In "It's All Good" by Mac Mall, the rapper boasts about his skills as a soldier in the rap game, keeping the crowd energized and his enemies at bay. He proclaims that he doesn't need drugs to succeed, as his music alone is powerful enough to get people hooked. He uses vivid language to describe his experiences as a pimp and a player, facing stress and obstacles but always coming out on top. He pays homage to other great rappers like Foljah, Mac Dre, and Young Kilo, acknowledging how they have influenced and inspired him.
One striking aspect of "It's All Good" is its use of slang and street vocabulary, which might be hard for some listeners to decipher. Mac Mall's rhymes are filled with puns, spelling variations, and code words that render specific meanings to those who are familiar with urban terminology. For instance, "stress faculty" could be interpreted as mental toughness, while "phatness" might mean a cool and laid-back lifestyle. The song is a testament to the artistic creativity and linguistic richness of hip hop culture, which often expresses complex ideas through poetic language.
