Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza
Mac Miller Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Hey
Kool-Aid and frozen pizza
It's a work of art, I ain't talking Mona Lisa
Dream of rocking crowds, see me filling up arenas
This weed got me laughing like a damn hyena (ha)
Yeah, I live a life pretty similar to yoursUsed to go to school, hang with friends and play sports
Every single summer taking trips to the shore
And that was all gravy but I knew I wanted more
Ain't ever seen a young rapper like moi
Can't believe they eyes, swear it's just a mirage
Still got my training wheels in the garage
But I ain't gonna need those, I'ma go hard (go hard)
So far, I've done pretty well for myself
Couple trophies on the shelf
So what else could I want that I don't have yet?
Well, a little more cash and my own fast jet
So I can go anywhere (anywhere) anywhere (anywhere)
Cali for the kush, cause boy I know there's plenty there
'Bout to be in music stores everywhere but not yet
They can't understand my concept
I been climbing up the Great Wall, haven't had a fall yet
These blogs gotta know I'm on next
Clean conscience, good Samaritan
Companies send me clothes so I'm wearing 'em
If you didn't know, well, I'm from the 'Burgh
Everything I drop recorded by Big Jerm
I smoke herb and I make music
I don't even talk about it, boy, I just do it
Everybody got their own opinion, the reasons why they feeling 'em
Waiting for the game to wanna let him in, so open up
The boy a barrel of a smoking gun
Whether I'm old or young, the chosen one
I got a hunnid billion flows to come
I hope you know the lyrics to every single song
So when I'm at a show, everyone can sing along
My weed bag empty, bottle at its last drop
I'm feeling like this could be my last shot
But many more songs to make, cousin
So why the fuck you bugging?
Haha
Yeah (just some motherfuckin' kids)
(We just some motherfuckin' kids) what?
(We just some motherfuckin' kids) ayy
(We just some motherfuckin' kids)
Shout out to all my fans man
(We just some motherfuckin' kids)
Holding me down
(We just some motherfuckin' kids)
And all the homies
(We just some motherfuckin' kids)
Most Dope (just some mother- just,)
(We just some motherfuckin' kids)
Mac Miller’s “Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza” is an ode to the joys of youth and ambition. He starts the song by comparing his love of Kool-Aid and frozen pizza to a work of art, emphasizing that it’s all a matter of perspective. Miller then talks about his dream of being a rapper and becoming famous, filling up arenas with his performances. He describes his childhood and pastimes, which were similar to those of any other kid, but with a yearning for more. He is determined to bring his A-game even though he is still learning and figuring things out.
The rapper reflects on his rise to fame, which has not been easy, but he has been able to record hit songs with Big Jerm, a producer from Pittsburgh, and win a few awards. Miller’s lyrics are packed with confidence and ambition, and he speaks openly about his desire to succeed in the music industry, including earning more money and having his own private jet.
Throughout the song, Miller imposes his voice through his beautifully crafted lyrics, engaging his listeners with a catchy chorus and a persistent flow that shows his capability to challenge the norm and break through as a young rapper, who’s conquering the industry with his refreshing sound.

I remember, yes, I remember, yes, I remember it all
Swear the height be too tall so like September I fall”

i really miss the years of '09-'11. i literally only listened to Mac Miller & Wiz Khalifa around that time. memories man..
@sean14sc
I miss those times because I feel like this 24/7 social media world we're in now is exhausting. I think also like 2008-2013 will be remembered as the golden age for mixtape rappers who released everything on datpiff. So many of those guys now release major albums
@davidstaron4302
For real! Bumped those 2 more than any other. Throw some Cudi in there too and thats my life from 09-11
