I always think about that.
Paul’s relationship with John was born from their love of writing songs. Nobody else in their ‘age group of rock music lovers’ friends had a desire to write. They just liked to play and sing.
1:10 So they developed that tight bond quickly, and it was deep and strong all their years together.
But, in the most basic of levels Paul had more in common with George. They went to school together, were friends for years because they loved playing and singing.
Their bond preceded Paul and John.
I think George has said the most cutting things about both Paul and John.
But, with love that goes so deep, they could move past it.
When George was so sick what did any of that matter anyway?
Paul took his hand as they talked. He expected George to pull away.
“Liverpool guys don’t hold hands!” But George made no such move. They talked, and both loved the connection. It was THEIRS. No one else shared what Paul and George shared.
And that was enough. Things could remain unsaid. They both knew what they felt for each other, it was inside them. It was ALWAYS there. ☺️❤️/😢💔

@DudeSilad Come on, dude. That's not fair. You can credit Paul without saying that the others "forgot where they came from", as if that's such a bad thing assuming it's even in any way related to the truth.
Were you intimately involved in all of their families? And even if you were, unlikely though that may be, can you be certain that you're aware of all of the potentially relevant factors? There's no way you can be.
What makes you think that's in any way a fair characterization of what is according to you the failure of the others to visit their families and neighborhoods as much as you think they should?
What makes you think that they haven't tried, and then discovered that they were being constantly harassed by people they barely, if at all, ever knew?
You sound like you think they owe you something, just for living where they grew up. Personally, if I were one of them, and I read your comment, I'd be saying "Yup, that's exactly why I stopped coming around, is people like this guy."

"Vegetarian leather jacket." George, ALWAYS busting Paul's stones. And Paul, always smiling through it. Never firing back.
@dabreu
I failed to see anything wrong in George's coment. It was indeed a vegeetarian Leather jacket. George also was vegetarian, by the way, There is nothing wrong and of course Paul would not fire back because there was no reason for that.
@TowGunner
Yeah, great. When it goes out of style, just eat it.

@@dabreu George was very obviously taking the p1ss. It's a typically English attitude.
