Shortly after their unexpected breakup, singer Derick "Tripp" Tribbett, and bass player Derek Desantis took two songs from their upcoming second album, and formed Make-Shift Romeo.

Starting with the two remaining members of Twisted Method, (Ben Goins left for religous reasons, Andy Howard left to be with his family and has since passed on.)[1], the first drummer they tried didn't work out. After experimenting, Edsel Dope of rock band Dope joined as their drummer. Derek started as the guitarist and Johnny Nailz took a bass position. Johnny has left since, and Virus, also of Dope, took the guitar position June 2006, Derek switched back to playing bass.
