They started with the name "Sombrero Verde", but in the late 80's it was changed to the current name. They have a long trajectory as musicians and the band underwent two lineup changes in the 90's. Maná followed with Sueños Líquidos (1997), Revolución de Amor (2002), and Amar es Combatir (2007), which continued the group's success. The band's most recent album, Drama y Luz, was released in April 2011.
The band's sound draws from the pop rock, Latin pop, calypso, reggae and ska music genres. They initially received international commercial success in Australia and Spain and have since gained popularity and exposure in the US, Western Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Estoy agotado

Estoy agotado, estoy reventado
Estoy agotado, estoy reventado
Estoy tan agotado pero no puedo parar
Estoy agotado, estoy reventado
Estoy tan agotado pero no puedo parar
Estoy agotado, estoy reventado
Estoy tan agotado pero no puedo parar
Estoy, estoy, agotado
Estoy, estoy, reventado
Estoy, estoy, agotado
Estoy, estoy, reventado
Estoy, estoy
, agotado.
In "Estoy Agotado," Maná sings about feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by the stressors of life. The song opens with the singer realizing that the sun is already rising, yet they are just getting home after a night of partying. They confess that this has been going on for several days, and they feel like they are going to fall apart. The pressures of life have become too much, and they feel like they are about to crack. However, they remind themselves that you only live once, so they continue to party and live life to the fullest.
The singer's exhaustion isn't only physical; they feel emotionally drained as well. They reveal that they've been expelled from school and that their girlfriend has left them for a failed hippie. They also describe how their co-workers make their work-life unbearable, and their landlady has tripled their rent. Despite all of these setbacks, the singer continues to push through and live recklessly.
Maná's "Estoy Agotado" is an important song for many reasons. It accurately depicts the feeling of being overwhelmed by the pressures of life, something many people can relate to. It also shows how some people turn to partying and reckless behavior to cope with their problems. Additionally, Maná is a Latin rock band from Guadalajara, Mexico, which makes "Estoy Agotado" a significant song in Latin American rock music history.
