Their style has been compared to a mixture of Tom Waits, Frank Zappa, and Captain Beefheart. Man Man is known for their distinctive live shows where the members of the band dress in white tennis outfits and don war paint. During their sets the band does not take breaks between songs in order to keep a constant energy level.
Man Man has released two LPs with Ace Fu Records: The Man in the Blue Turban With a Face (2004) and Six Demon Bag (2006). In November 2007 they signed with Anti- to release Rabbit Habits (2008). Their second Anti- release is titled Life Fantastic and was released in 2011.

I've been locked down way too long
Been locked down way too long
I've been locked down way too long
Been locked down way too long
I've been locked down way too long
Been locked down way too long
Take me in your boat
To those fiery shores
I don't want to love
Anymore
Up she goes, down she goes
Up she goes, down she goes
Up she goes, down she goes
Up she goes, down she goes
Oh no, this man
Crawls into my skin
When I’m this man
Don’t never see the way
I want to crawl
All up into your skin
And on my own
Throw it to the wind
Take me in your arms
Out of harms way
I don’t want to love
Anymore
Lay me on the shores
Of the fiery shores
I don’t want to love
Anymore
The lyrics of Man Man's "Mister Jung Stuffed" are simple yet enigmatic. The repetition of "Been locked down way too long" suggests a feeling of confinement or stagnation, possibly in a metaphorical or emotional sense. The repetition reinforces the feeling of being trapped, whether literally or figuratively. However, the song seems to offer an escape from this confinement, as the singer asks to be taken to "fiery shores" and out of harm's way.
The lyrics also suggest some sort of inner turmoil, as the singer mentions "this man" who crawls into their skin. This could imply a sense of discomfort or self-hatred, possibly due to societal expectations or personal failures. However, the singer also expresses a desire to connect with another person, asking to crawl "all up into your skin."
Overall, the lyrics of "Mister Jung Stuffed" are open to interpretation, but suggest a feeling of confinement and inner turmoil, as well as a desire for escape and connection with others.

Been locked down way too long
I have been confined for an excessive amount of time
Take me in your boat
Bring me along with you on your journey
To those fiery shores
To a place of passion and excitement
I don't want to love
I don't want to experience emotions and attachments anymore
Up she goes, down she goes
Life is full of ups and downs
Oh no, this man
This person is causing me distress
Crawls into my skin
Invades my personal space and thoughts
When I'm this man

Don't never see the way
Can't see things clearly or objectively
I want to crawl
I want to be close and intimate with you
All up into your skin
Be closely connected with you both mentally and physically
And on my own
But when I am alone
Throw it to the wind
Let go of everything and be carefree
Take me in your arms
Hold me close and protect me
Out of harms way
Away from danger and harm
Lay me on the shores
Place me somewhere peaceful and calming
Of the fiery shores
Of a place with passion and excitement
I don't want to love
I want to avoid the complications of loving someone

Been locked down way too long,
I've been locked down way to long,
Been locked down way too long,
I've been locked down way to long,
Been locked down way too long,
I've been locked down way to long,
Been locked down way too long,
I've been locked down way to long,
Take me in your boat,
To those fiery shores,
I don't want to love,
Anymore,
Up she goes,
Down she goes,
Oh no, this man,
Crawls into my skin,
When I'm this man,
Don't never see the way,
I want to crawl,
All up into your skin,
And on my own,

Lay me on the shores,
Of the fiery shores,
I don't want to love,
Anymore.

I'd love to have a poster of the last shot with the 2 skeletons hugging. It's not that dark of an image since they were drawn pretty cartoonish. Loved it!
