The music of Mana Mana is composed of a driving bass accompanied with three distorted guitars and the haunting vocals of Jouni Mömmö. Jouni also wrote all the lyrics, filled with his view of the world and the anguish of mind.
After Jouni's death Mana Mana put out split single with an old previously unreleased song. There was also a compilation CD released which included all the recordings done by Mana Mana. In September 2000 the remaining members of the band released an album consisting of songs written and composed by Jouni Mömmö which were never recorded before.

Paniikki on ekstaasin veli
Mana Mana Lyrics

Tuo paniikki sun silmissäsi
Kertoo niin paljon
Kertoo paljon sinun sielustasi
Se on samanlainen
Samanalainen niinkuin minun
Pitkän tien alussa
Ovien haussa
Sillä paniikki
On ekstaasin veli
Sä opit sen huomaamaan
Muttet ihan heti
Ja Tuo tuska
Joka jota olet hakenut niin kauan
Se on sinun
Alitajuntasi kautta
Ja se tuska
Tulee olemaan sun vieraasi
Opit sen hyväksymään
Taikka kuolet heti
Sillä paniikki
On ekstaasin veli
Sä opit huomaamaan
Muttet ihan heti
The lyrics of Mana Mana's song Paniikki on ekstaasin veli describe a feeling of panic in the singer's eyes, which reveals a lot about their soul. The singer describes this panic as being similar to theirs at the beginning of a long journey, searching for doors to open. The lyrics go on to explain that this panic is the brother of ecstasy and something to be learned to recognize, but not immediately.
The song then goes on to talk about the pain that the singer has been searching for so long, which they realize is within their subconscious. This pain will always be a part of them, and they must learn to accept it or die immediately. The lyrics state that this pain is the same brother of ecstasy that the panic is, and that recognizing it is a process that takes time.
Overall, the song seems to convey a message of self-discovery and acceptance. The singer is acknowledging their fears and pain as a part of themselves and the journey they are on. The lyrics suggest that recognizing and accepting these emotions is a necessary step in achieving ecstasy or true happiness.
