Seeing "All life dies" and then you notice you're 3 minutes into a nearly 30 minute video is probably one of the most impactful experiences you could have on this platform
This video has its flaws and inaccuracies, but when it comes to fulfilling its purpose, to show us all what the future truly is and how miniscule we are to the universe, it certainly succeeds.

When i was about 8 years old i remember i had discovered youtube and my mom got her iphone around that time. i figured out how to use youtube on her phone and would frequently ask to use it so i could watch videos. i started to explore a ton of videos about space and i remember finding out about black holes and being completely in awe of them. at some point in my fascination about space i became frustrated because i realized i would never know everything and as a child i closed myself off to learning more about space because i was too mad at how big and uncertain it all was. my fascination never left me tho, i dappled here and there on topics and always found a way to relate things to the universe in my life. here i am at age 22 turning 23 in a couple months still watching videos about the universe. i am a part of it as it is a part of me as i am a part of you and everything is everything.
thinking about this while watching the video brought me to so many tears. such a beautiful and psychedelic experience. i'm so happy to be here.

I can’t quite describe the morbid attraction I have with this video. Sandwiched between an existential circus and utter admiration for the beauty of negligence. Having sat through a few years of Brian’s lectures he does a fantastic job of encapsulating the value of life and the unique experience you are forced to endure. The atoms that make you will be here after you pass just as they were before you grew to your experience. What that acceptance leaves you with, I can’t quite articulate. But if you try to call it anything but beautiful, you are well and truly missing the point. Take care and smile as much as you can!

0:52. We are at the start of the acceleration. The beginning of the video reflects my feelings on time very well. 2019 felt slow but after 2020 everything began to blow by. Now everything seems to get faster and faster. I’m only 19, 20 in March but time is flying. So as time goes on and the years portrayed in the video become the present I say hello from the past and more likely than not I’ll be coming back to this year after year so I wonder how things will go in the future as for now it is very uncertain.

4 years ago i watched this, being just a curious little guy, one that wonders how everything will end, and the answer that fulfilled my curiosity is this. Although it isn't fully proven yet, it still makes me think that for me, time is slowly creeping around. But for the universe, it is just a tiniest fraction of time as the universe continues on its own. Such an amazing feeling, a great example of why life should be treated as precious treasure, for we could only observe the tiniest fraction of the time of the universe.

This oddly makes me feel warm hearted. It’s kinda wild thinking about nothing. Something so nothing that it can’t even be fathomed. Instead of seeing this as a reason to question a point in what you’re doing for me I see it as a way to be grateful for the mere existence of people let alone all of the good experiences I have. Also kinda wild to think that after like four minutes of the video the entirety of human recorded history passes like five times over.
