(These lyrics must appear on another album other than Christmas Celebration (2004) because this song on Christmas Celebration is instrumental)
Deck the halls with boughs of holly, Fa la la la la la la la!
'Tis the season to be jolly, Fa la la la la la la la!
Don we now our gay apparel, Fa la la la la la la la!
Troll the ancient Yuletide carol, Fa la la la la la la la!

See the blazing yule before us, Fa la la la la la la la!
Strike the harp and join the chorus, Fa la la la la la la la!
Follow me in merry measure, Fa la la la la la la la!
While I tell of Yuletide treasure, Fa la la la la la la la!

Fast away the old year passes, Fa la la la la la la la!
Hail the new, ye lads and lasses, Fa la la la la la la la!

Sing we joyous all together! Fa la la la la la la la!
Heedless of the wind and weather, Fa la la la la la la la!

It's never officially Christmas until we hear some Mannheim Steamroller!

Definitely true

@willnic9437

This IS the start of Christmas for me. Decorating can't start til Dick the Halls plays, preferably very loudly and with great bass! 😂❤

@jameschat1653

I agree.

Glad I'm not the only one, this song always got me into the Christmas spirit ever since I was a small child. I knew the artwork on the cassette case, so I would have mom play it

I listened to this song on vinyl when I was in high school! Before CDs. I was entranced. I knew I had to perform it. I got together with two other guys and we performed it at a high school pep assembly! Everybody loved it!

@2Tall_Powerlifting

Still my favorite one of all of them.

I bought a new sports car for Christmas back in ‘89 and was blasting this thing and “Good King Wenceslas” on my stereo driving up PCH at night to San Clemente and back to Rancho Bernardo. Great memories…
