Estudio canto desde los 14 años con su madrian, quien era profesora de piano y directora de la coral filarmonica de Madrid.
Se especializo en estudios de Filosofia y Letras en la Universidad de Madrid.
Manolo Otero comienza su carreta artistica como actor de teatro clasico y tambien participo en varias comedias musicales.
En 1975, graba su primer disco titulado:Todo el Tiempo del mundo, con el cual alcanza los primeros lugares de venta en todos los paises de habla hispana e incluso en Brazil.
Luego vinieron otros existos como: Que he de hacer para olvidarte, Bella Mujer, Maria No mas, Te he querido tanto..entre otros.
Actualmente Manolo reparte su tiempo en toda Latinoamerica y principalmente en Brazil, pais en donde ha obtenido varos reconocimiento por su carrera artistica.

Si, es la misma melodía. Solo que el ritmo original es mas o menos un vals y la versión de Manolo es una balada.
