Perfume
María Gabriela Epumer Lyrics

Venha me contar
The song “Perfume” by María Gabriela Epumer is a beautiful love song about encouraging someone to open up and not be afraid of love. The lyrics are written in Portuguese, and they urge the listener to reveal their secret and not be afraid of getting hurt. The singer implores the listener to not be shy and to take a chance on love by giving them a kiss. The chorus emphasizes that love cannot exist when there is a secret between two people; instead, the singer encourages the listener to let their guard down and bask in the scent of love.
The singer goes on to tell the listener that they need love and affection. They ask the listener to stop being scared and to give them a chance to be alone together. The last verse uses the image of a rose and its thorns to illustrate the idea that love can be beautiful and painful at the same time. They encourage the listener to let the perfume of their love spread around them.
Overall, “Perfume” is a beautiful love song that encourages people to open up and not be afraid of love. It is a gentle reminder that sometimes love can be hard, but it is worth taking a chance on.
