Llegaste A Mi
Marc Anthony Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Llegaste a mí
Con tanta vida para dar
Y descubrí todo lo hermoso
Que es amar
Llegaste a mí
Con tanto amor para brindar
Y comprendí
Que valió la pena esperar por ti
Con tu forma de mirar
Y tu manera de querer
Amor, llegaste a mí
Muchas veces me he echado a morir
Acechado por la soledad
Cuantos veces me vio la mañana llorar y llorar
Llegaste a mí
Con tanta vida para dar
Y descubrí todo lo hermoso
Que es amar
Llegaste a mí
Con tanto amor para brindar
Y comprendí
Que valió la pena esperar por ti
Con tu forma de mirar
Y tu manera de querer
Amor, llegaste a mí
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste a mí
Llegas a cambiar mis penas
Por mil alegrías
Llegaste a mí
Un mundo nuevo has vuelto realizar
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste a mí
Cuando no tenía ilusión, llegaste
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste y cambiaste mi mundo, mi vida (llegaste)
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste, escúchame nena
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste
Llegaste a mí
Como te soñaba, mi amor
Llegaste
Llegaste a mí
Llegas y me das del amor
Llegaste
Llegaste a mí
Llegaste
Llegaste a mí
Llegas a cambiar mis penas por mil alegrías
Llegaste
Llegaste a mí
In "Llegaste A Mi," Marc Anthony sings about his disbelief in love and his past struggles with loneliness and heartache. He thought that love was a myth and that his life would never change from its gray, unhappy state. He believed that the wound in his soul would never heal, and that he would never experience feelings like those he has for the person who has recently entered his life. However, with this new love, Marc Anthony realizes that his beliefs were wrong – that love for him was real and that it had finally arrived, giving him hope and happiness. He is grateful that the search for love has brought him to this person and reveals that they have brought new life to his world.
The lyrics of "Llegaste A Mi" are very emotional and descriptive, making it easy to visualize the struggles of loneliness and to feel the new hope and happiness that comes with finding true love. Marc Anthony's smooth voice and the melody create a romantic setting that accentuates the song's message. Overall, "Llegaste A Mi" is a song that celebrates the arrival of true love and the transformation it can bring to one's life.
