Marie Serneholt was a member of the Swedish pop group A*Teens (1999-2004) before starting a solo career in 2006. Her first single (That's The Way My Heart Goes) hit #2 in Sweden. And an album released followed which became a top 10 hit peaking at #9. Since then, two singles have been released from "Enjoy The Ride", "I Need A House" and in October 2006 "Oxygen".
In March 2007 Marie stated in her MarieSerneholt.COM diary section that she is working on a new album. She also added that those who disliked her first solo attempt might like the upcoming second album.
