We try to find comfort and hope in a world that we have destroyed and made into a living hell.

Even the most unlikely and disturbing acts of violence can occur, according to what we see on the news.

Even those who are supposed to be heroes or saviors are capable of cruel and immoral behavior.

Our desperation and frustration lead us to express our grievances through violence and destruction.

Kiss it on the face and send it to god
We direct our anger and pain towards God, with the hope that he will take action or notice our suffering.

We were the world, but we got no future
At one point, we were full of potential and promise, but now, we see no hope for a better tomorrow.

Despite our despair, we hold onto our faith in a higher power who might save us from our misery.
